The plug adapter works well. I was able to charge my phone and charger fully as well as my sister's. The extended cord allows you to reach a place that the cord(s) couldn't accommodate in the area(s) you need to use the adapter. lt could be stored in one of my luggage compartments for travel.

The adapter worked great in South Africa. I was pleased with the length of the cord so that I could plug it in but keep it close to the bed for my phone cable to reach.

This is a top notch type M adaptor for South Africa that has a lot going for it. I travel to this country often and have used similar adapters many times.It’s made of a solid hefty material that should be durable for years to come. But it’s a large unit so it isn’t easy to just tuck into your luggage - it takes up a fair amount of space and has some definite weight to it.The functionality is terrific - it can charge several different electronics simultaneously. There’s room to plug in an iPad, an iPhone and three other devices like camera battery chargers. So it’s definitely an all in one adapter that can make recharging much easier than having to carry multiple adapters.The three foot charging cord is a bit shorter than I would have liked - it doesn’t work lengthwise on a nightstand if the plug is at the floor, but works well if the plug is on a desk.From a value standpoint I think it is a fair price. Many other brands are slightly lower in price but they don’t have the multiple charging slots that this unit possesses.Recommended.
