Love this shower head! Great settings, great water pressure, durable.
I bought this for the long hose, the adjustable spray pattern, the on/off button, and the low price. My only gripe is that the on/off button lets a trickle of water through when it is in the 'off' position. That isn't really a problem for me but other reviewers have commented on that. 10 months after I bought the showerhead, the button stopped working. It stuck in a halfway position that let only a weak stream through. I didn't see other reviewers commenting on that so I thought mine was an isolated incident. Not expecting much I contacted customer service. I was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt reply. When I sent a short video demonstrating the problem, I got a replacement showerhead THE NEXT DAY without any hassle. I'm very pleased and would recommend this showerhead.
I ordered this for my 100 year old mom who stays at home. I needed the extra long hose as well as the ability to control water flow as she bathes in the tub. I also hate when hose is shorter because water gets everywhere. Well, this one is great for everything I needed! The longer hose reaches easily and the button control allows me to not accidentally spray her in the face or get water all over the bathroom. That doesn’t mean everything is perfect- just so much better. I did have a little problem with leaks when installing and had to go back and redo a couple of times until I was satisfied. And yes, I did have a bit of trouble installing, but not because this one was problematic, more the older one got in the way. Once the base was in and fine, the rest was very easy. I’ve also heard back from her caregiver who now wants one for her own home- and frankly, the water pressure and alternatives for how the spray works are so nice I’ll probably get one or two for my own home!
