I'm currently building a second bathroom in my basement and needed a towel rack that was functional, durable, and wouldn't take up too much wall space. This double-rod towel bar has been a great find. Here is what I think:Solid Construction: The quality is immediately apparent. It's made from SUS304 stainless steel with a brushed nickel finish, so it feels heavy-duty and premium. The edges are smooth and polished, and the brushed surface looks elegant while resisting fingerprints and water spots.Great Space Saver: The double-rod design is perfect for smaller spaces. I can hang two hand towels or a washcloth and a hand towel without cluttering the wall. The 16-inch length fits my layout perfectly, and the slim arms keep it looking sleek rather than bulky.Easy Installation: Setup was a breeze. It comes with all the necessary mounting hardware and instructions. Since this mounts with screws rather than adhesive, I have total confidence in its stability. ​I like this double rod towel bar, but I did not realize when I ordered it how heavy it was going to be. You have to make sure you are mounting this into a solid wall or a stud because it must be screwed in; they don't provide adhesive because it is simply too heavy for that to work. Unfortunately, where I needed to use it, I only have gypsum board, and even drilling holes to use wall anchors won't hold it securely. I still managed to hang it using screws, but it is not as secure as it should be, which is a shame because I overall really like the towel bar. I just didn't think it through completely because I've wanted this style for a while, and I took for granted that I could just use adhesive. Make sure you check the weight and ensure you can mount it in the correct spot that can support it.​That being said, I really like the color. I ordered the black, and it is a nice, matte powder-coated finish. The bars are connected to the backplate with screws that come inside of the plate, so you have to take them out, attach the two bars, and then screw them back onto the plate. They do provide the screws, wall anchors, and little matching covers to put over the screw heads so they blend in and stay hidden.​Once everything is put together, it is a very strong, durable product that could definitely hold a lot of weight as long as it is anchored into a stud. It can handle large bath towels with no problem. The only thing I wish—other than being able to use adhesive—is that the bars could swing or move up and down to get them out of the way. It doesn't claim to do that, but it would be a nice feature. Since they are stationary, you will definitely want to install this in a place where it won't get in your way. Overall, it's a very nice, well-made item. The metal bars are thick and strong, the backplate is sturdy, and in the right space, it would be absolutely perfect.

Exactly what I needed for a towel holder for my outdoor shower. Very easy to assemble with just a Phillips driver. Comes with more hardware than you’d ever need. It’s not incredibly robust. It’ll have no problems holding towels, wet or dry, but it’s only held together with two screws at the base and it’s not very thick metal to begin with. As long as you use it for towels and not anything heavy. I also recommend placing it up above head height as I did if it works for you. I could see walking into them if they were lower and had nothing hanging from them. They’re great to hold a towel while showering and then to hang the bathing suit to dry afterwards. Excellent value for the price.
