This shower head is a great upgrade from our old standard showerhead. The different options from using the rainfall shower heard or the handheld, make it an enjoying experience. The shower is very durable made of a beautiful silver chrome metal, and very easy to install. The kit includes tape and washers that prevents water leakage. You have the option for postioning the showerhead to your preference. This shower head is expensive, but worth the upgrade.

I’m really happy with this shower combo so far! It has a beautiful modern design and the chrome finish looks sleek and elegant. It also comes with everything you need, including the handheld shower and hose, which is a great plus. The pieces feel sturdy and well made, and everything was packaged nicely. I haven’t installed it yet, so I can’t comment on the water pressure or performance, but I’m very excited to see how it looks and works once it’s installed. This showerhead combo is a really nice upgrade if you want more flexibility from your shower setup. I like having both the large 13 inch rain showerhead and the handheld option, especially since the handheld has several different spray settings to choose from. The chrome finish also gives the entire setup a clean, modern look.The extended arm is a great feature because it provides more height and positioning options for the rainfall showerhead. I also appreciate the long hose on the handheld sprayer, which makes it much easier to reach around the shower. The diverter gives the whole setup a lot of versatility without needing separate fixtures.There are quite a few pieces involved compared with installing a basic showerhead, so getting everything positioned exactly how you want can take a little extra effort. Overall, though, this is a functional and attractive shower system with plenty of adjustment options. I give it four stars for the combination of versatility, size, and overall design.

First of all, the installation is easy. Everything is pretty self explanatory. It takes about 15 minutes to install everything. It has all the tools necessary. Note that the screw of the rain showerhead is smaller than the given wrench. I just used my own tool. The set fits perfectly with my standard water outlet pipe. The material is well made and in chrome, not plastic, except the rain head. No water leaking anywhere.I had an older Hibbent before, but I like the new design much better. The mode knob is lower and easy to access. The extension bars are sturdy and adjustable. I can adjust the height and angle. Water pressure is excellent. Note that since the rain showerhead is large (13 inches), the water pressure is lower as expected. The handheld spray is strong though. If you want higher water pressure, you can remove the filter too.Overall, the system immediately elevates the shower experience without breaking the wallet. I would say that it is the best investment to yourself. Best value for the money.

Installed with ease.. Just about 15 mins or so. Don't bother reading the directions or paying attention to the extra parts. They will confuse the Jesus out of you! Make sure you apply the Teflon tape to all screw points. Tighten the main connection with the wrench provided. All other connections were solid with no leaks just with a simple twist of the wrist. It might not be the absolute most luxurious shower.... But by God is it an upgrade to what we had. The 13inch shower head is massive. Even the hand held is bigger than expected. The manual flow switch is awesome. Right at chest height, switch between main head, secondary head, off, or both at the same time with ease. Add a multitude of stream selections to both main head and secondary? Pure gold. Spend the money, you deserve it.

I became hooked on Hibbent products when I first moved to my house 2 years ago. Their shower heads are amazing and this one continues the trend. I recent purchased a similar one to this for my in-laws. I picked this out for my daughters' bathroom. For ease of install I kept the existing filter at the water entry point but eventually I will move it to the shower as the handheld has its own filter. This was super easy to install. They provide extra plumbing tape and even a wrench. I like that they give you options for water flow so you can install to limit the amount based on CA or anywhere else. The flow from the shower or the sprayer is perfect and so relaxing. My one daughter who is home this week was gushing how great it is. I am glad she is out of our bathroom 😉! The fixture itself is very heavy duty compared to similar ones. The main flow pipe feels of solid metal so I am not afraid it will flop down from the weight. I also love that it hangs the selector low enough that it is easily reachable to change from shower to handheld. This is far from our first product and I know from experience they are made to last.
