• HDPE TRENCH BODY: 39.4Lx6.1Wx5.5H inch channel drain with grate is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) which has higher hardness and tensile strength than ordinary polyethylene. Make sure the trench drain system will not easily damaged and has a long service life. Bottom outlet diameter is 3" & 4-5/16"; Outlet adapter diameter is 1-7/8" & 3-1/8"; Side outlet diameter is 1-5/8" & 2-15/16".
• DUCTILE IRON GRATES: The grate of the channel drain is made of ductile iron which has higher strength than ordinary gray iron. Loads up to 6600 lb. Make sure the trench drain system sturdy enough to pass the ordinary cars. The surface of the grate is coated with fluorocarbon paint. Compared with traditional asphalt paint, it can effectively resist UV and chemical pollution. And it is also not prone to accumulate dust and contaminants on its surface.
• REINFORCING RIB: The thick and dense reinforcing ribs ensure that the grate will not be damaged when vehicles pass by. The base has a stable design to prevent damage caused by uneven force of trench drain. Application for driveway, garage, parking lot, factory.
