Red Stucco Tape

Wow! This is the most deluxe masking tape I've ever used for painting projects. It is much more substantial than other masking tape products I have used. The adhesive bond is strong but also easy to remove without damaging surfaces. The product is also easy to tear with hands only.I am painting some exterior windows right now and this tape holds really well in hot sun and during rainstorms. I am very impressed with this product and have experienced zero paint bleed through on the window project thus far.

You get quite a bit of length for the cost, and the tape is easy to tear by hand or cut. Even when doing the tearing by hand, you still get a pretty sharp line. Where I was a little disappointed was the thickness of the adhesive, it does grab onto concrete and rough surfaces okay, I'm just not fully confident that it's going to stay in place especially after any weather events. I will have to wait and see how it holds up after a little bit and update the review if necessary. I was kind of expecting pressure activated adhesive but it doesn't seem to have improved the initial tack Even with a pressure roller.

This red painters tape is a total improvement.I am remodeling a 120-year-old home and the need for tape is endless. Standard hardware store blue tape falls off after a few days and tears unevenly. This red tape tears perfectly every time. It sticks to smooth and rough surfaces inside and out.I used it on historic oak wood trim, a fireplace, and pine floors during sanding and staining. I also used it around windows on delicate plaster and lath walls. It pulled away easily, leaving perfectly sharp edges with zero paint bleed-through.Outside, it survived 90-degree heat and a heavy rain soaking on my porch without budging. The heavy-duty waterproof backing and 180-day UV protection really live up to the hype. Plus, the bright red color makes it highly visible.The four-roll package is a great value and goes a long way. It is a reliable upgrade!

I have been putting wide heavy duty tape on the Insides of many sets of these doors my home has. I could post yucky photos of how MANY insects the tape catches- while it's wide & strong clear tape made for packaging heavy items ,it's not for use on outside of doors - This Tape can be painted so I've applied it to the first door to seal and in time will paint it to match the doors colors. Wish it came in other colors but it's truly heavy duty wonderful & so glad it's made for outdoor use.

I got this protective masking tape for a home exterior project where I needed to cover window frames and nearby surfaces during painting and cleanup. It did a good job staying in place and provided reliable coverage throughout the project.The order comes with individually wrapped rolls, which I liked because they stayed clean and protected until I was ready to use them. Setup was as simple as unwrapping a roll, tearing off the length I needed, and applying it to the surface. The tape was easy to handle and didn't constantly curl up or stick to itself while I was working.One of the things that stood out was the adhesion. It stuck well to both smooth and slightly textured surfaces around my home and stayed put without lifting at the edges. Even when exposed to outdoor conditions, it remained secure and continued protecting the areas I had covered.The waterproof backing was useful since I was working outside where moisture can be an issue.
