I ordered the green Mini Folding Pocket Knife because I thought it would be a fun little collectible, but it's actually a fully functional knife.The first thing I noticed was how pretty it is. The shell handle catches the light nicely, and it looks much more decorative than your average pocket knife. It's incredibly small, but it's built just like a full-size folding knife. Honestly, perfect for a keychain or to carry in your change pocket.I was also surprised by how sharp it is. Even though the blade is tiny, it easily handled opening packages and other small everyday tasks.It comes in a little metal storage tin, which is a nice touch if you're giving it as a gift or just want a safe place to keep it.For around $14, I think it's a great value. It's one of those items that's both fun to collect and genuinely useful to have around.

This mini folding knife is small enough that I forget it’s in my pocket, which means I’ve already had to rescue it from the washer once.Even though it’s tiny, it’s surprisingly sturdy and sharp. The iridescent shell handle is gorgeous and gives it an elegant look you don’t usually see in a pocket‑sized utility knife. Amazingly tiny, sweet little knife, with lovely marbley handle design, sightly glistening, and has a sharp (pun) appearance. Care must be taken when closing this knife as it otherwise will "jump" back into the closed position which can be dangerous for fingers. It IS *quite* sharp. So I guide it all the way in manually. I love using this to open packages or other small projects. So portable, and the lovely slide lid box that came with it was a great choice for storage. Love this knife and would get this for adults, but because of the snap-like closure not for younger humans.

The SKYVAN Mini Folding Pocket Knife with Shell Handle is something I ordered as a novelty. I thought the tiny knife might be a unique addition to my son’s pocket knife collection. I was initially surprised at how well it functions as an actual pocket knife. It is very small, which can be seen in my photos of the knife beside a US quarter. Despite being tiny it does function well. It opens and closes like a regular pocket knife. It’s a bit stiff at first but is getting better with use. The blade is very sharp. With the blade open the knife is sturdy and works for opening letters, cutting string and ribbon, slicing small pieces of food, and other pocket knife tasks. I like the pretty green-teal shell inlay handle. It’s a nice looking unique touch.I’ve found this miniature knife to be very useful in my gardening. This is a great size for me to take cutting of dahlias, hibiscus, roses and more for propagation. It’s easy to get the knife blade in between the dahlia leaves to cut the small new shoots that I hes to start new plants. I also used this knife to cut twine as I’m putting up stakes and twine to hold up growing flowers. The knife size fits into any pocket including the back pocket on my shorts so I have it with me as I’m checking on my deck garden. I guess my son won’t be getting this for his collection!

I've been using this for a while now and honestly, it’s pretty much perfect for small daily tasks like opening packages or slicing a bit of tape. The size is just right,tiny but feels solid enough to handle light utility stuff. The shell handle looks really cool in the green, and it definitely makes the knife stand out.First thing I noticed was how sharp the blade is , actually cuts through things pretty cleanly. That said, the opening and closing can be kinda tricky, especially if your hands are wet or if you're in a hurry. It’s a bit stiff, so I gotta use a bit of force, which isn’t ideal if you need quick access. Still, I guess that helps keep it securely closed when not in use.All things considered, it’s a neat little tool. The brass accents give it a nice touch and the slide tin case is convenient for storage. Just don’t expect it to be super easy to flick open or close all the time. Still, for the price and what it does, I’d say it’s pretty fair.

This is a very nice looking tiny novelty folding knife; the knife also has a keychain loop attached. It comes in a metal box with foam padding. I think it would work well as a letter or box opener.Be careful while folding and unfolding the knife! It is still very sharp, and it has a strong spring which makes it tend to snap shut quickly. Because the knife is so small, holding it safely while keeping your fingers away from the blade is more difficult.Updated: after having this knife a couple weeks, I'm lowering my rating to three stars. I haven't been using it because I'm afraid of cutting myself due to how difficult it is to open and close safely with the tiny size and strong spring.

SKYVAN mini folding pocket knife with shell handle inlay is such a cool tool. I love the small size, but don't let the size fool you. This knife is extremely sharp. I was blown away by how sharp it is. The knife is very versatile as well. It can be put on a key chain, or just carried in your pocket. The shell inlay is beautiful, and the silver accents are so nice. The colors are so cool on the shell. There is whites, black, a tiny bit of pink and teal green as well. This knife is very light weight. If you have really big fingers it might be harder for you to open. The craftsmanship is impeccable. It is sold at a great price point, and is a very affordable for the quality of the knife. I can’t wait to give this to my nephew, he is going to love it.
