This is a gorgeous toilet paper holder. I really wasn't sure how I would like it in person, I loved the concept of a shelf but it was hard to picture it in my bathroom. But now I absolutely love this design. It's very heavy and the quality is high-end - it's stunning. And the little shelf is perfect for a cell phone or coffee cup. The champagne gold is a pale shade of bronzy gold, it looks very elevated compared to the standard brass fixtures. The toilet paper holder itself is easy to use but it doesn't pivot, I'm actually not sure what they meant by pivoting here, as everything is fixed. But it's fine, there is a little hook at the end that keeps the paper roll on well without needing to move anything to swap out rolls. It's perfect.

I really do like Delta products and every one of my faucets in my home is Delta and all are good quality including this toilet paper holder. This tp holder with shelf is elegant and good quality. The roll changes out very easily and the hook at the end keeps it from falling off. The lines are smooth and rounded and it would go well in a variety of decors.I love the champagne bronze color but I have noticed with my kitchen faucet as well as this holder that it fingerprints very easily and requires constant polishing.It's very heavy so installation of the bracket has got to be done in a stud or it will be falling out. The holder only mounts in one direction, with the shelf on the left, so that may be a consideration depending on your layout. The shelf is just large enough to set a larger cell phone. Pictured is an iPhone 17 pro.I'm wondering why they are calling this "pivoting." There is nothing pivoting about it. It does say that it is pivoting on Delta's box, but Delta's website has much more info on it and they don't state that. So just as an FYI, the arm doesn't pivot.Overall, this is an attractive, good quality toilet paper holder for a significant investment. But I think it comes down to which is more important-- match your existing bathroom hardware or installation and maintenance.
