solid heavy duty connectors that make a secure splice

[Size: 4 AWG, Color: Pure Brass]
These connectors are solid and make it much easier to join heavier gauge wire without trying to crimp a huge terminal. The set screws tighten down securely and hold the wire very well. The included heat shrink is also a nice addition and makes it easy to finish everything off cleanly. I ended up with a strong connection that feels like it will stay put for a long time.

Strong Metal, Smart Hardware OptionsStrong Metal, Smart Hardware Options

[Size: 4 AWG, Color: Pure Brass, Size: 4 AWG, Color: Pure Brass]
I’m giving this product 4 stars because it’s well made and performs as expected. The metal feels solid and durable, giving it a quality feel that stands out from similar products. One thing I especially liked was that it included two different hardware choices. It was nice to have options so I could pick the mounting hardware that worked best for my installation instead of having to make an extra trip to the hardware store. The only reason I’m stopping at 4 stars is that there’s still a little room for refinement, but overall I’m very satisfied with the purchase. If you’re looking for a sturdy, well-built product with thoughtful installation options, this is a great choice.

Very useful for automotive wire splicing

[Size: 4 AWG, Color: Pure Brass]
These are great for splicing cables when it's not possible to crimp them. They're solid and well made. There are only two things that you need to know. First: Put the heat shrink on first! 2: Thread the screws into the fitting before you put the wire in. 3: Use a heat gun. I know a lot of people just like to use a lighter, but that's not a good way to shrink heat shrink. Using these will give you a nice, solid, water resistant connection.
