I ordered these up for a basement semi remodel project to install up in between the floor joists in one area, so I needed something low profile, smaller diameter, that I could set to match the other lighting, and also dimmable. This checks all the boxes.The lights are well made, albeit all plastic, which is expected. In the box you get the lights with twist off baseplates, along with hardware to both install these on a conventional ceiling box, as well as spring clips to retrofit existing can lights. They also include both wire nuts and a push on connector that you can use instead, which also looks to be compatible with the light bulbs base adapters for can light retrofitting, not included.They have 5 color temperature settings and 3 wattage, which allow me to time them to match the brightness and color of my other lights. They are dimmable, however you do need to use a led compatible dimmer.Overall, for the price, these are a good value for all the adjustments they come with.

I needed these lights to replace other lights I had in a closet and small office nook, both with slanted ceilings, that were too big and too bright. I am very light sensitive and the ones I had were white light and blinding in a small space. I was excited that these gave you options for what color light you wanted and, I thought, had a dimmer.The size is just right for my application, and installation was easier than some. The thinness and size is perfect, I no longer hit my head on the light: WINNING!Unfortunately, the main reason why I bought these was dimming and color changing, and that's where this falls short. You have to choose the color before installing... which means you can't easily change it. Second, you can only dim these with a dimmer switch, which I do not have, and is very expensive and a PITA to install. Sigh. Finally, because the bulb isn't replaceable, these are ultimately more waste, which I do not appreciate.The search continues, but for the price, these will definitely do for now.

Super easy to install. Lighting is even and bright, but not hard on the eyes at its fullest setting.

These were easy to install and have worked very well for us in a closet. The light is bright for such a compact fixture, and I like having the adjustable color temperature and dimming capability, even though we aren't actually using the dimming feature in this location.The main limitation is simply the 7-inch size. We originally had another location in mind, but once we saw them in person, they felt a little too small for that space. For a closet, hallway, or another area where you want a low-profile fixture without much visual presence, though, they're a good fit. At $26 for two, I think they're a solid value.

I like having five color options, which makes it easy to match the lighting to the room where they’re installed. The three power settings are noticeably different from one another, while still providing a consistent overall light.I’m not a big fan of the included pre-wired connector, though. The kit includes the hardware needed to convert an existing recessed light, but it doesn’t include an adapter from an Edison-style base to the connector. Having that adapter included would make installation much easier, especially for retrofit applications.Overall, a good light with useful color and power options, but the connector setup could be more convenient.

I dont know the exact design I want to go with in my home and this provides a clean look till I decide. That setting is not especially easy to change once the fixture is installed, so it is worth testing the options first. The lights are also dimmable with a compatible dimmer switch, which gives you more control over the brightness.Installation was very fast and straightforward, and all the necessary hardware was included. Once installed, the fixtures sit close to the ceiling and give the room a simple, polished appearance. They are also a great choice when you have not fully decided how you want to decorate a space.The neutral design creates a clean slate and will not look too small, overly decorative, or out of place as the room evolves.For the price, especially for a set of two, these are an excellent value. We are redoing everything in our house. The light above the sink always bothered me. I wanted something that wasn't going to stand out or be dated. Ideally, I wanted a recessed light there. This was the next best thing!My husband installed it. It was very quick for him, but the electrical box part in the ceiling wasn't completely straight so the light wouldn't sit flush.The hardest part for us was picking the warmth we wanted. There are a few options and we ended up going with the one that matched our other recessed lights the best.This is a 2 pack so we needed to decide where to put the other one. We chose basement to replace the old gold one. The brightness we chose illuminates the area very well!I appreciate that these are simple and can go with any fixture finish we decide on. Finally, we aren't forced to get everything oil rubbed bronze! I recommend!
