We really like this kitchen multi faucet with the glass rinser, it works well, very cool.One note: They don't tell you the bottom plate is hidden under the black foam, with a piece of foam over it, we thought the part was missing, we even turned the box with foam upside down and shook it, and nothing came out, I put the old faucet back on and was going to return it, when putting the new faucet back in the box, I noticed a small round hole in the foam with the same foam under it, very hard to see, stuck my finger in and pull it off, the plate was there, unbelievable! A sticker saying pull here, or something in the instructions about it would of been very helpful.
