This is my review of the Voltic Stone 18/2 0-10V Dimming Dimmer LED Control Wire, True 18 Gauge, ETL Listed CL3P - Plenum Rated Flame-Retardant, Pink/Purple, for LED Driver, Dimmer Switch, Ballast, Luminaire & 0-30V Control Systems - BlackAs with other Voltic Stone wires I have used, this is an excellent product. It is built with 18 AWG solid bare copper conductors, for reliable conductivity and stable signal transmission. It reduces voltage drop and heat buildup, which makes it great for 0–10V dimming wire, LED dimmer switches, and low-voltage control wiring.Engineered for plenum spaces, vertical runs, and commercial lighting installations, it meets common building requirements for 0–10V dimmer wire and LED dimmer installations. On the safety side, it is ETL-listed and has been tested to CL3P Plenum standards. In the same vein, it is fabricated with a flame-retardant and low-smoke jacket that is RoHS-compliant and easy to pull through conduit, walls, and tight spaces without cracking or stiffness.Of course, it can be used for any DIY electrical purpose that requires 18/2 wiring, although it has been designed to meet the latest NEMA 100-2021 conductor color code for 0–10V dimmer wire, that is pink = DIM-, and purple = DIM+. The bright and accurate insulation colors facilitate wiring LED drivers and low-voltage dimmer switches.Highly recommended.

This meets all applicable codes for low voltage LED dimmer controls. I have always before installed the Traic style dimmers, the ones that dim the LED through the wall switch, but I have several lights that are only dimmable with a compatible low voltage dimmer controller. This is more commonly a sole option in the larger lights where a Triac dimmer would be overloaded with the large power draw. It is also an option on many other LED drivers and the low voltage dimming controllers actually offer better dimming control.Use this wire with confidence. The color coding is standard. The wire itself is ETL listed, required for code compliance. Even the included wire nuts are UL listed. The included electrical tape says it meets UL standards, I couldn't find the listing or certification on the wire or packaging itself. If your project is inspected, this will pass if used for its intended applications.My take... ETL listed, quality product, recommended buy

This solid core 18 gauge wire is wrapped in PVC insulation the colors of which are now assigned for LED light system dimming and control. Of course it could be used for other low voltage control applications, but it is already colored for this one. This is solid copper wire, available in package lengths from 10-1000'.
