This is a high-end cover for your AC pipe. I have used the split-tube foam pipe insulators and the sun eventually dries them out and yiubhave to replace them. This insulation zips on, has a nice nylon cover on it, and insulates the AC pipe really well. It fits standard sized pipes.My AC pipe has a short run, so I was only able to attach about half of the length of this pipe cover. I would suggest you make sure the length will fit your needs before ordering. If it will fit, this is a great upgrade that should outcast the foam insulation you'll be scraping off your pipe when you install this.

This is a well‑made product. The old insulation had no cover at all and was crumbling from years of weather exposure. After replacing it with new foam, I slipped this wrap over it with ease. My lines are just under six feet, so instead of cutting, I simply folded the excess and fastened it with the Velcro—still a perfect fit. The thoughtful design really stands out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, easy‑to‑use solution.

This works fine at first, but it’s not built for a harsh outdoor environment like Florida.The zipper is not stainless and not coated, so it’s going to rust. That’s just a matter of time with the humidity here. The straps are also very thin, and this type of material tends to break down quickly when exposed to sun and heat.Between the humidity, constant sun, and overall conditions, I don’t see this holding up long term outside.It might be fine for short term use or in milder climates, but for Florida weather this is going to wear out faster than it should.Overall, it works, but durability is a concern in real outdoor conditions.
