I utilized this for an entryway light. The individual pieces were wrapped safely and I found no cracked crystals or pieces. All tools included, aside from those needed to hang the chandelier from the ceiling.I pulled the coffee table close and assembled this from a recliner, all without much fuss. The threads were all machined well and nothing cross threaded. The quality of the materials allow parts to be tightened well without the fear of stripping the threads out. The piece was designed well as evidenced by the smallest details, like the plastic lined electrical cord tube. It is to prevent chafing and then short circuiting.The most tedious, or fun depending on you, was hanging each individual crystal. I did this after it was put up, just incase it came crashing down during installation. The only bulbs I had on hand were too bright, so disregard the brightness. A solid, classy, and beautiful piece. Worth every penny, but now I have to redo my entire entryway to match.

Unique design combining a farm house rustic looking black metal fixture with elegant crystal prism bars and round crystal accents.This chandelier would go well in just about any decor style adding elegance and eye catching pop.Quality and construction seem good, it is heavy once assembled so you will need to make sure it’s mounted securely.I deducted a star because assembly is tedious and time consuming and not everyone is up for that.Each crystal bar needs to be attached to the base by a small pin and is best done on the assembled frame hanging at a comfortable working height, thankfully the hanging chain is long enough to allow for this. I would recommend fully assembling before shortening the chain.I have a large heavy duty hook hanging from a lower beam that so is perfect to add comfort to the assembly process.I have other light fixtures with the same crystal bars and those came already assembled so I was expecting the same ease and convenience.I do appreciate that white gloves are included to use while assembling the crystals because otherwise they would be completely covered in fingerprints and require cleaning.The bulbs are not included, but that is okay with me because I probably would have swapped them out for dimmable warm color flame shaped bulbs.The 5 light option is a fantastic size at 20” is perfect for most spaces.I love the look and style so much, I find the price to be fair for what you are getting, it’s well made, gorgeous and will be a beautiful upgrade !
