This little benchtop sander packs an impressive amount of usefulness into a remarkably compact package. It is exactly the kind of tool that makes sense when a full-size sanding station would be excessive, especially for detailed woodworking, model making, resin projects, plastics, acrylics, jewelry work, and small metal parts. The upright sanding surface gives excellent access for shaping edges and cleaning up small pieces, while the machine itself takes up very little permanent bench space. The solid enclosure, anti-slip feet, straightforward controls, and digital readout give it a much more substantial workshop-tool feel than its small size would suggest. The real standout is the amount of control available for delicate work. Rather than being stuck with one aggressive operating speed, the variable control makes it possible to slow things down when working with heat-sensitive plastics, resin, acrylic, or fine finishing work and increase the speed when more material needs to be removed. Being able to reverse the direction of rotation is another genuinely useful feature because it allows the workpiece to be approached from the most comfortable direction instead of constantly repositioning it. I also really like the broad assortment of included sanding discs, ranging from coarse material removal through progressively finer finishing grits. That turns this into a much more versatile finishing station right out of the box. What makes this especially appealing is that it fills the gap between hand sanding and dragging out a much larger power tool. Small parts can be shaped, deburred, smoothed, or polished with considerably more control, yet the entire machine remains small enough to keep nearby or store when it is not needed. The ability to work with wood, metal, resin, acrylic, and other small project materials makes it useful across several hobbies instead of being a one-purpose tool. For makers, model builders, small workshops, and anyone who regularly works with detailed parts, this is a clever combination of precision, versatility, and convenience. An extremely handy little sanding station and an easy five-star addition to the workbench.

This mini disc sander is a good fit for hobby work where a full-size bench sander would be overkill. It doesn’t take up much bench space and the smaller disc gives you good control when shaping or cleaning up small pieces. The variable speed adjustment makes it easy to slow things down for delicate materials or turn it up when working on wood. The digital display is nice because you can return to a speed you know works well instead of guessing each time. The forward and reverse switch is useful depending on how you’re holding the workpiece or which edge you’re trying to sand. It’s a small feature that is much appreciated. It comes with a generous assortment of sanding discs so there’s enough variety to get started without immediately shopping for replacements. Changing grits is straightforward, making it easy to move from shaping to smoothing. This isn’t meant to replace a larger bench sander for big projects. For model making, resin work, small woodworking projects and other detailed tasks, it fits the job well without taking up a lot of space.

When I ordered this for my wife who is making a doll house, yeah, I know, new hobby of hers, she kind of rolled her eyes at it. Like, ok honey - another tool we have to store away and never use. Well that ended pretty fast the first time she used it. She was like a kid with a new toy building a dollhouse.. literally. She has over and over again brought me something she sanded or cleaned up super fast using this rotating disk sander. So how is the quality - I think it's decent. It's basic but also somewhat refined. Basic in the following areas - the power supply and connector, could be better. Does not seem to have an exact fit and I even saw sparks, little ones, nothing to worry about. The switch is marked I 0 II but does not say what 1 or II mean. The switch itself is just power and there is a rotation knob that determines if it's on and spinning. It's a rheostat that can slow or speed up the wheel as well as turn it off. So it can be double off or on and off - both of which means it is off. Slightly confusing but not bad really. But the I 0 II is where it is confusing. One will turn clockwise and the other counter. I don't know which is which or why it even matters. But aside from that, she loves it. It came with plenty of round sanding pads and it has a digital display. Worth it? Yeah, I think so.

Great value. Comes with lots of extra pads. I do wish the pads were a big bigger so it covered the entire velcro stand. My video wont load for some reason and that sucks because it shows how well this lil guy works.Nice easy to use buttons snd dials. Swap pads in a second. Easy storage and lightweight.Quiet motor strong enough to sand anything’s u can fit on there. Spins in either direction.. worth every penny. So happy with this highly recommendIll try to upload to video a few more times

This little disc sander is an excellent addition to any hobby or workshop. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes with 10 different grit sanding discs, which is a fantastic feature because it lets you tackle just about any project right out of the box without needing to order additional supplies. The sanding discs appear to use a standard hook-and-loop attachment, so replacing them in the future should be easy and inexpensive. The variable speed control is another standout feature, allowing you to go from very gentle sanding for delicate model work all the way up to a surprisingly fast speed when you need to remove material more quickly. One feature I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much is the forward and reverse rotation. Being able to choose the spin direction makes it much easier to position the workpiece comfortably and safely, especially on small, detailed parts.Overall, this is a well-thought-out, versatile mini disc sander that offers plenty of features for the price. Whether you’re working with wood, plastic, or model-making materials, it’s ready to go right out of the box and performs exactly as I’d hoped.
