This is a very beautiful hanging vintage ceiling lamp.I love the way it looks. It's elegant I love the milk glass that's okay and I actually got the gold trim hardware option which I think is just very beautiful and detailed looking.I like the lamp so much that I went ahead and ordered the black hardware version as well. we have rental properties and I know I can put them both to good use to make the units beautiful.This is a good value for the money it feels very well made both the glass and the hardware and I have seen items like this more expensive elsewhere.it looks like it'll be easy to install I'm excited for either my handyman or my husband to install this as soon as possible!

Well, there are lots of pros with this really nice milk glass pendant light and not any real cons that I can think of. The pros include the following: It is well designed and it seems to be manufactured to last for the long haul...Installation was easier than I thought that it would be...Now that it's up the pendant light looks more than great in our dining room...and the light emanating from it is exactly what I was looking for. In my humble opinion this really nice milk glass pendant light is more than a great value, and it comes highly recommended from me!

This vintage milk glass lamp is so pretty. Everything is very well made. They even include a chain if you'd like to use that feature. The glass is thick and pure white so whatever type/ color bulb you use will display that hue. Everything you need is included except the bulb. In my video, I put the glass over a lamp of my own to show the color and opaqueness. The antique brass metal is exquisite. I love everything about this lamp. This style could be used in most any room of the house.

This is a handcrafted, white pleated milk-glass shade paired with a metal body that gives light in a 360° radiusThis is a beautiful glass shade. It has an adjustable height. The height can be adjusted from 5 inches to 69 inches when hanging from the ceiling, depending on how low you want it, whether you're putting it over a kitchen island, or however you choose to employ this light.It has an E26-compatible socket and accepts up to 60 W of dimmable power bar. Mind that when you say 60 W, that’s the manufacturer saying it would handle a 60 W incandescent lightbulb, and because the globe itself is essentially sealed, they don’t wanna say anything larger than a 60 W lightbulb because the heat may not dissipate as well as they would like. When using LEDs, you should remember that a 9 W LED light is equivalent to a 100 W old-style incandescent lightbulb, depending on your decorating style and the use you plan to put this fixture to. You probably are going to want no more than an 18 W light installed, and even at that you may want to employ the services of a dimmer switch to dim the power down for more romantic occasionsThe dimmer switches are not included and bought separately, so when you do buy the bulb and the dimmer switch both from the same company and get a representation from management that the dimmer switch and bulb are compatible, and the bulb is not gonna flicker or flutter as you dim it down with the dimmer switch, you just bought from them.If you choose to do it yourself, I recommend three things before you start the installation.First, make absolutely certain that you’ve turned off the power at the circuit breaker control panel box level. I always use an electrical testing device that looks like a pen. It has a little red light on it and when you bring the tip of that pen on adjacent or near a wire that’s energize it starts chirp[ng like a bird and a red light on the pen starts flashing if I bring it near I’m more highly energized line like a clothing dryer line it’ll chirp twice as fast and the light will flash twice as fast warning me with dangerous electrical hazard. This is an important safety device to have with you when you’re working on electrical projects; most electricians carry something like this with.The third tip I wish to give you is how to properly use wire lock nuts. Many people don’t know how to use a wire lock nut correctly, and I have personally seen the result with globes of electrical tape wrapped around wire lock nuts, and the wire is running into them. For example, let’s say we’re going to borrow the black House service wire which is 14 gauge single strand copper with the fixture wire which is 28 gauge multi strain copper move the last half centimeter of insulation from both of these wires place the points next to each other, pointing in the same direction cover them both with the wire lock up and turn the wire lock nut into a firm Mechanic mechanical and electrical connection has been established.Do the same with the white and green wires. The green wire may actually be connected to a bare copper strand from the fixture, since it is the grounding wire.Once you’ve done this, make sure that the install plate and bracket have been fully secured to the junction box and that the junction box itself is secure enough to support the weight of these three glass globes, which support the weight of this pendant light without coming out of the ceiling. You then take the canopy and screw it into the install plate. After you’ve adjusted the pendant light to the correct height you wish it to hang at and coiled the excess cable inside the canopy. If there’s a lot of excess cable, you may have to cut it off and re-strip the wires to make it work correctly, for example, if you’re placing it only 5 1/2 inches below the ceiling.
