It is a pretty good fan. Installed it in a 12x10x10 closet. The lighting is great. Very bright and selectable all the way down to a good very dim. Very easy to put together. I did mine alone and took about 35 min. Only complaints are that the remote is very weak. You have to point it directly at the fan and be within 4 feet. I changed the batteries and same result. Also, it doesn't remember the last setting. If you have it set w your fan speed and the light just how you like, and say walk out of the room and flip the room light switch off, when you flip the switch back on it come on w the brightest white light. So you have to grab the remote set it how you want again. If you are not in a room you go in and out of often then it wouldn't really matter. Or just only use the remote... but be close. ;)

Lo esperaba mas grande,viene armado solo hay que colocar las aspas,tiene control remoto, con 3 tipos de luz y 6 velocidades. Lo ocupo para mi cocina ,para ventilarla mas rápido cuando cocino ,,para que se seque el piso rapido cuando lo trapeo...ya que donde vivo no hace calor,

A well made ceiling fan that is a great value for the money. Assembly takes less than 10 minutes. Installation was also simple...just hook up the red, black and ground wires and it is ready to go.

Really decent little fan. Everything works as advertised. A bit plasticy but for under 30 bucks, it's perfect for a metal gazebo. It's neat looking and you can't tell it's plastic from a distance. Light output and air output is satisfactory for a 12 feet x 12 feet area.
