It fits onto my PACKOUT boxes securely and feels solid. Installation was straightforward, and it held the weight I put on it without flexing. The metal is well cut and the edges are smoothed out pretty decent. It holds a ton of weight. For anyone expanding a PACKOUT storage setup without spending premium prices, this mounting plate is a great choice.

This is a well-made, metal mounting bracket for Milwaukee packout. I have a larger size of this and think it’s excellent. The quality of the metal is good. It is without defect and is quite strong. It should be quite durable. The biggest positive to this piece is that the metal is much thinner and can fit in a variety of situations better than the plastic Milwaukee ones. The actual Milwaukee branded mounting plates are much thicker and bulk gear than this metal plate. My packout fit onto it without issue and the thinness and compactness of this allows me to mount it in places like my truck bed much more easily than the Milwaukee ones.

I am extremely impressed with this mounting plate. I purchased it for a custom Packout installation, and in several ways I actually prefer it over the branded mounting plate.The biggest advantage is the mounting flexibility. This plate has six mounting points, each with three elongated (ovate) holes, which provides far more adjustment than the standard mount. That extra flexibility allowed me to line up with existing holes in the cabinet where I was installing it, saving both time and effort. For anyone building custom storage, tool carts, workbenches, or vehicle-mounted systems, this is a significant benefit.Another advantage is the compact design. Because it doesn't have all the extra plastic found on the branded version, it takes up less space while still fully supporting Packout compatibility. You get the functionality you need without wasting valuable mounting area.The plate feels solid and securely holds attached components. Once installed, it performs exactly as a Packout mounting plate should.My only regret is buying the branded mounts before discovering these. If I were starting over, I would use this style throughout my shop. For anyone building a custom Packout-based storage solution, this mounting plate is an excellent choice and offers some practical advantages over the more expensive name-brand option.
