My knobs stripped out on the faucet at my handwashing sink at my restaurant. This faucet set was just the fix. It took me about 10 minutes to get this installed. Everything was ready to be installed & connected. After installation, I tightened up the knobs & we were good to go.

Got this for our family business. When I asked my mom what she thought of the quality she said "it's heavy. That's a good sign. "We haven't installed it yet, but it does look like it is of very good quality. So I don't think we will have any issues with it.Price is typical for this type of commercial faucet.

Full disclosure: I ordered this to put in our tiny powder room with a custom made tiny basin, not for commercial use. I’m so happy with it! The quality exceeds my expectations for the price! The finish is bright clean smooth chrome and the whole unit is solid brass. Makes my other bathroom faucet for household use seem like flimsy junk. I’m a convert and will be looking at commercial faucets for future renovation too!

We have several sinks at our restaurant that came with the sink assembly with some fairly low grade faucets. They barely lasted a year before either the seals or the faucet handles broke. This is a very nice and easy replacement for that! Just pull the sink out or off the wall, unscrew the component lines, unbolt the faucet and put this one in its place! Plumbing tape and do the process in reverse, super easy! The ceramic seals make a big difference I expect this to last much longer!

I have to say I am surprised by the build quality. When you lift it out of the box, you can feel the weight. I would expect this faucet to be quite durable. That said, chrome is what you notice first. The chrome is very clean with a mirror finish. I also love the handles. They are wide and sweeping and have a very smooth, rounded design. Not only do they look great, but they will be very easy to use when my hands are dirty. I plan to use the faucet in a residence over a utility sink in my laundry room. Its size is perfect for that application. Although it is a commercial faucet, the design is quite stunning, and it will provide a nice accent in the laundry room. For the money, this is a tremendous value, and I look forward to installing it. I rate this as a win!
