Every lamp with a remote control operates on the same optimistic assumption — that the remote will remain findable. I appreciated the gesture, used it briefly, and have since made peace with its probable location somewhere between the sofa and the wall.The foot switch is where this lamp actually lives, and it's the right call. Toe-tap on, toe-tap off, no hunting for anything. For a corner lamp that you're adjusting multiple times an evening as the light outside changes, that friction-free access matters more than any remote feature.The height adjustment is the other feature that earns daily appreciation. Somewhere between 55 and 67 inches lives the exact right height for a given corner, a given ceiling, a given mood — and being able to dial that in rather than accept whatever fixed height the lamp arrived at is a small but genuine quality of life improvement.The light itself is warm enough for evening use without being so amber it flattens everything in the room. The dimming range covers the distance between ambient background light and actually reading something, which is the functional spread a living room lamp needs to cover.A solid corner lamp that asks very little of you once it's in place.

I ordered the floor light because it is adjustable, dimmable, has remote, and a foot switch. The base is heavy to reduce wobbling or tipping. The lamp adjusts as evidenced from the pictures. If you need the light closer to where you are reading it is easy to adjust by simply twisting the knob that separates the gold from the black of the lamp. The linen lamp shade blends well with the other furniture.The light puts out about 3’ of light when in full exposure. Nice lamp and well designed.

The light itself is the reason this works. Three color temperatures (warm/neutral/cool) plus full-range dimming give you actual usable light, not the usual cheap floor-lamp glow. Shade diffuses it well and the included 9W LED is bright enough for a living room or bedroom corner.Height adjusts from about 55–67 inches and the weighted base stays put. Remote is the real plus: dimming, color temp, and the built-in timer (60s / 1 hr / 2 hr) from the couch without hunting for a switch.The black-and-gold/brass accents are just okay — they look a bit more “Amazon modern” than premium, but they don’t cheapen the lamp enough to matter. For the price the lighting quality and remote features outweigh the so-so finish. Happy with it.

This lamp was a breeze to put together. I had it up and running in a matter of minutes. It comes with one lightbulb. There is a remote that just needs batteries. The remote was easy to use, with a button for high and low settings. It has a manual click button to turn the lamp on initially, but then the remote can do the rest. The lamp has a nice, ambient warm color, perfect for the living room.

This lamp is very pretty and so easy to move room to room if you need to. The base is low enough to slip under the edge of furniture which is a big plus for me since I'm short on space. The dimmable feature is nice however I almost always use my light fixtures at full capacity. This has a bulb included but it takes the standard base so you can use whatever type of bulb you want. It also has a remote so you can set a timer or just turn off/on from a distance. Remotes are nice, I just never use them but they might be very handy for some. I love the floor switches though! So handy for me. You can also adjust the height of the pole which is yet another great feature making this even more versatile. The quality is very good and so far I'm very pleased with this lamp.
