I really like the design of this drain! My outdoor sink constantly catches leaves and debris, causing drainage issues—especially when I rinse out the skimmer basket. I think the deeper design could solve that problem.My concerns are the plastic fittings and drain stopper. The plastic fastener has to be tightened enough to seal properly, but overtightening could crack it, leaving very little room for error. The stopper is also difficult to remove because the gripper is shallow and wide.I noticed they offer a pop-up drain version, which I think would be much more practical. I’m still undecided about having my brother install this one because of my concerns.

Excellent product! Nice and deep design, high quality stainless steel and performance. Very easy to install and fits like a glove! I added some plumbers tape for a more secure fit and it hasn’t leaked at all. An inexpensive upgrade to an everyday kitchen sink with a no fuss, easy to install experience. I love how deep it is and that it comes with a basket and stopper. Easy to clean! Highly recommend!

This drain is a great value for just $19. Most brand name sink drain replacements will go for 2 times or more that amount and provide less in terms of functionality. This drain comes with a Calk/plumber putty free installation which is quite easy. Getting the old drain out will take much longer than it will take to put this one in. The drain separates into just 5 parts if you count the washer/gasket and lower pvc pipe. The drain is the standard size that should fit perfectly in most standard sized sinks. It also has a catch basket to keep large items like food from going into your pipes. It is easy to clean because of the catch basket as well. The appearance matches most stainless steel sinks perfectly. The stop plunger comes out and inserts easily. This is a really good drain if you are looking for a replacement. I am so glad I found this one.
