These hinges are very, very smooth operating. They feel tight - there is no sloppiness at all! They went up easily on the deck gate and should last a long time. Good value, for sure. One complaint is that the screws are all 1 1/2 inches. I needed a few typical hinge screws of 3/4 to prevent the screw protruding from the backside of the door. The supplied ones worked on the hinge jam.The hinges look great and work well.

Rigid hinges with nice machining and a hefty feel. The ball bearing hinge has a nice resistance and drag and no looseness can be felt when actuating the hinge back and forth. For you to get a three pack including screws, these appear to be a really great value. We will likely use them outdoor on a birdhouse or library project and they are sure to do the trick being stainless. We don't have to worry about rust or binding due to rust.No issue recommending them.

They were great replacements for my raised bed garden doors where they will have to endure the full range of outside the elements. Stainless is the only way to go in this circumstance. They glide and swing smoothly . Very easy to mount. They are dimensionally accurate.They come with the standard three hole pattern but they were not in perfect alignment with the old hinges holes. Nothing a little epoxy putty couldn't handle . For new installations they are ideal. NOTE: The pins can NOT be removed by design. if you need to dismount the door for any reason you will have to unscrew one side. Again, NOT a problem if you are aware of it. For the price, I think they area good value pack for multiple outdoor applications. YEs- you can find cheaper plated iron hinges but for stainless Steel-- these are a good deal and should be a lot more durable in teh long run.

Really good quality heavy duties stainless steel metal hinges. The holes are countersunk and the hinges are firm and stiff motion. These would work great indoors for hollow core doors or heavy chests. I would use them outdoors in limited fashion maybe out of the pathway of direct rain. The stainless steel finish gives it a nice look. Fair value for the set of three is in the $15 range. Hardware is included for install installation.

The hinges arrived well-packaged, with each hinge individually wrapped in a clear plastic sleeve inside the box to prevent scratches during shipping. The included screws are 1.25 inches long, which is a standard size, but I prefer using longer screws for the door frame to provide added security and stability.One feature I really like is that the hinge pin is secured from both sides, making these hinges suitable for outward-opening doors without worrying about the pin being easily removed. Overall, the quality is good, and the price is decent for what you get. These are definitely a great replacement set that offers solid upgrade.
