This brass bamboo door handle is so FRICKIN CUTE. And for someone who has never ever changed a doorhandle before, it was actually fairly easy to switch my old one out with this one. The instructions were kind of confusing to me. Probably because I've never done this before. But I just looked at how my old door handle was assembled and basically followed that. Luckily my old handle and this new one were perfect matches so I didnt have to drill any new holes or anything. So far it has been a very sturdy handle. I havent noticed any looseness due to use, since I put it on my bedroom door and I use it every single day. I also really love the ridges on it, because theyre perfect for my fingers, the handle is very nice to hold. It also does not make my hand smell like grass or metal after touching it so for that I am very grateful! Also, the little lock mechanism is super cute and sturdy too! You just press in the little button on the top and the handle locks. To unlock, all you do is push down on the handle from the inside where it's locked. The handle won't budge from the otherside. But if you ever get locked out or something, they do provide a little Allan Wrench key that you stick into a small hole on the front and it pops the lock open. Overall I highly recommend. Easy-ish installation, super cute upgrade, very sturdy.

I really like the antique brass finish on this door handle. The square base and detailed lever give it a vintage look that has much more character than a standard door handle. It feels like a great choice for adding an older or more decorative style to an interior door. I especially like the textured finish because it keeps the brass from looking too shiny or new. I used this on the linen closet door in my bathroom along with another vintage-looking brass piece I found on Amazon, and the combination turned out beautifully. It gave the room a more finished, updated feel without making it look modern or overly ornate.The antique brass finish has a nice aged look to it, and I especially like the textured handle. Absolute vintage vibes with this boho bamboo doorknob. I live in a very eclectic, vintage boho hippie style home. I am notorious for unusual uses for just about everything and this is no different. I have a knob post in the middle of my home. It's a load bearing post that stands in the middle of my living room and I've decided to decorate it with unusual cabinet and door knobs. This had to be part of the collection! I drilled standard holes and it fit like a charm. Install was standard and straight forward. The materials are super heavy and very well crafted. The detail is flawless and it really does have a bamboo look. I love the brass, both in color and metal. It's an elegant and timeless touch. I installed it just about eye level so it's the first one I see. it's a stunning centerpiece to a beautiful artistic installment. Would work great on a door too I'm sure!

I needed to replace our lock to our bedroom and wanted a handle that was easier to open. This door lock set had a few minor issues with installation because we have an older home, but overall was a good replacement. Installation had a few hiccups as the rectangle part of the cylinder of the lock is wider than the round part and some filing of the door was needed to get the cylinder in. The main gap between bolts was also a bit larger so the door hole slot needed to be increased as well. (See picture) The lock itself works fine as does the handle once the hole was enlarged using a half round file. It's very solid and easy to turn. It's definitely an upgrade from the previous round handle lock. The handle looks nice as well and matches our decor. Overall I'm pleased with the lock set and is a decent value when compared to other lock sets that are as heavy or look vintage or an antique.

You get what you pay for! This is a high quality lockset with a design, materials, and finish that stands out clearly from the economy lockset its replacing. Its being installed on a 1 3/8" solid wood door with a 2 3/8" backset and installation is a simple swap. Opening the box you'll immediately notice the weight because its made from corrosion resistant zinc, the handles are solid, the frame parts are 2mm thick, and the strike and latch plates are thick enough that they can't be finger bent. My old lockset is made of lightweight alloy and very thin with hollow handles and strike and latch plates that bend and dent very easily. The antique finish on this lockset seems permenant, i tried to scratch an inconspicuous cormer with no luck where the matte black spayed finish on my old door set easily scratches. Because of the added weight of a solid handle the action is very smooth and the striker to plate sound when it closes sounds solid. All in I definately see the value and quality in this product and can't forsee ever needing or wanting to replace it.

This lever style door handle looks great in my bedroom. Its solid zinc but it looks like antique brass. It has a beautiful hammered texture on the handle. It's reversible, so it can used on doors that open from the left or right. It has an easy to use privacy lock which is just a button that gets pushed in. It has a hole in the other side that is an emergency open feature. The handle operates so smoothly and it's much easier to use than an ordinary door knob. It was very easy to install and fits in a standard sized opening for a door knob. It took about 10 minutes and only required a Phillips head screwdriver. I had a new door installed in my bedroom a few years ago, and it fit that door perfectly. It wouldn't fit any other doors in my house because all of the other doors had some kind of brass Victorian knobs that have long, vertical brass plates that use a skeleton key to lock and unlock the doors. This door handle has a very classy look and will go with many different styles of decor. It's very weighty and durable.
