This bidet toilet seat was super simple to install. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with the tools needed. The hose fitting it came with was not the right size for my connection but I had an extra one. It fit perfectly on my standard round toilet bowl. The soft close lid works well, but the seat portion doesn't stay up and will close on the user (see uploaded video). The height makes it easier to get on and off of it and it attaches securely to the seat. It looks great and does a good job of cleaning. The bidet requires no electrical connection as it only uses cold water.

I have wanted a bidet for ages and finally took the leap and ordered this one and let me tell you about my first time experience with a bidet. First, the item arrived clearly organized, well packaged and on time! Installation was surprisingly easy, even for a first timer like me (without my husband's help😁) The height of the toilet seat is surprising! It adds a good 4-5" in height to your standard toilet! I think that could probably be more comfortable for some people, but for my 5'1" self, it made my feet tangle which isn't ideal and definitely isn't comfortable!! Once you have installed the toilet, it looks good, but there was a large gap between seat the the toilet, so when you turned on the spray, it would spray out the sides, which is obviously NOT ideal in this situation. I loved the soft close lid closure, that was a game changer. The spray was comfortable and not aggressive! Overall, I think there are some quirks that need to be resolved but it's a decent starter bidet!

I absolutely love this raised toilet seat. I have arthritis pretty much everywhere and would sometime have trouble sitting down and standing up this helped that so much. I know it only adds 3 inches in height but that made the world of difference. My husband had to connect the bidet and was simple for him. But he knew what he was doing so that makes a big difference. If you’ve never used a bidet before it takes some getting use to. And with this one it has two separate lines both about the same. You turn the dial forward for one backwards for the other. If you want to test this before sitting down make sure you put your hand in front of it or you will be splashed in the face or have a mess to clean up on the wall. Also slowing very slowly turn the dial to test how hard you want the water to come out as it can be a very powerful spray. I learned that the hard way. The toilet seat itself is very good quality durable and comfortable to sit on. It was a perfect fit for my toilet. Cleaning is easy the same as any toilet. Also the water will get in the toilet seat so each time you use it you will have to wipe the seat. I’m incredibly happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend especially for seniors or people with severe arthritis.

We have an oval toilet that’s a bit taller than a regular toilet, this seat with bidet is even taller when seated. My husband and I are about 5’6” and 5’8”, not short but when seated on this new seat our feet don’t quite sit flat on the floor. This definitely would work on a regular height toilet for us or on a taller toilet if the occupants were 5’10” or more!We have a bidet in one of our other bathrooms and I can’t begin to say how much I appreciate having it. I’ve had it for two years at this point and the longer I have it the more I appreciate having it. This one has both a soft closing lid and seat. It’s for all ages, not just seniors and it doesn’t look like geriatric equipment.It’s attractive, comfortable, the quality is good, it’s stable without rocking, but the installation could be made easier if the connector had a few more threads.I would note that the bidet connection to the toilet only has 2-3 threads until the washer before screwing onto the bottom of the toilet tank. It would be helpful in the installation process if there were more connection threads.

This Raised Toilet Seat with Bidet has been a fantastic upgrade for our bathroom! We got the 3" height version for a round toilet (16.5"), and it fits perfectly and feels very secure.The heavy-duty construction is impressive — it’s sturdy and stable with “never loosen” hinges that stay tight. The slow-close lid is a nice gentle touch that prevents slamming. The added height makes it much easier and safer to sit down and stand up, which is helpful for anyone with knee or back issues, seniors, or post-surgery recovery.The built-in bidet is simple but effective (cold water only, no electricity needed). The spray is easy to control and provides great cleanliness and comfort. Installation was straightforward and took just a few minutes with the included tools — no need to remove the existing toilet seat.It looks clean and modern in the bathroom too. We’ve been using it daily and it has held up excellently with no wobbling or loosening.If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable raised toilet seat that also adds convenient bidet functionality, this one is excellent quality and great value. There's a few things I'd like to highlight about this bidet.First, the seat. The 3-4 extra inches of height added to my toilet seat has made using the bathroom even more comfortable for me due to my height (I am 6'3ft tall). The only real con about it is due to its added width, I sometimes have to hold the toilet seat up when using the bathroom since it will slowly start to fall back down. This con however, can be countered by simply sitting down every time you use the bathroom regardless if it's to go number 1 or number 2.Secondly, the setup. Installing the toilet seat itself was pretty easy and only took me about 10 minutes. I liked that it added two different ways to be bolted down to the toilet bowl so, that's a plus.Lastly, the bidet's sprayer. One thing i was sort of worried about was the temperature of the water as it sprayed out. I was pleased to find that despite it not being warm water, it was still about room temp so it wasn't uncomfortably cold and unsettling. In addition to this, the accuracy of the sprayer nearly perfect and you can honestly just scoot backwards or forwards when needing to reach the full area to ensure a swift, clean recovery.

This bidet toilet seat is made for 18" elongated toilets. The seat has a 3" rise that reduces strain on knees & hips & makes sitting & standing easier which is perfect for my elderly mother. The seat is very sturdy & has a slow close lid which prevents slamming.The seat was very easy to install. Other than hooking up the water, the seat installs exactly as any other toilet set. The seat comes with the water hose & a tee to hook into the existing water spigot for the toilet. This was easy to hook-up but caution should be taken when turning water On/Off to prevent damage to the inlet spigot. The seat has a quick release function as well but the water must be turned Off & the hose removed before removing the seat.Toilet operation is very easy. There is a dial on the right-hand side of the seat. When the dial is turned toward the front of the seat, it performs a woman wash (front); when turned toward the back of the seat, it performs a bum wash (rear). Each direction has variable positions to control the wash position. When the knob is straight up, it turns the wash Off. Seat cleaning & maintenance is very easy with just a mild detergent.This seat does not have water warming, seat warming or air features. It's a very basic, easy to operate bidet that works well & is inexpensive. It does not require any electric so it's a great option for bathrooms that do not have electrical outlets in close proximity. Overall, it's a nice, easy to use bidet seat that is perfect for seniors or anyone that has difficulty sitting/standing from the toilet.

So I have a very bad back after numerous surgeries and another one on the horizon I needed a more raised style toilet seat. I decided to give this one a try. Now this seat definitely raised me up more when sitting on it. It made my lower back and my legs which is my problem area much easier to get up and down off my toilet. Now the built in bidet is quite a nice feature to have especially since after surgery they don’t want me bending or twisting for weeks. This seat has made things so much easier. The seat is heavy duty and fits most oval toilets nicely. Our toilets are made by gerber and it fits on it perfectly. The seat is comfortable and has a nice feel to it. The seat and bidet is easy to install and everything you need is in the box to install it. My friend installed mine for me and he had it done in about 1/2 hour and had an easy enough time installing it. The spray of the bidet is nice and has plenty of power behind it and gives a nice clean fresh feeling after going to the bathroom. Overall, I am very happy with the seat. It has made things so much easier especially with my back the way it is. It definitely has raised me up 3 inches more than what my previous toilet seat was and that is a huge difference on my legs and my lower back while I recover. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the quality it is comfortable The bidet works fantastic. It’s just a very nice toilet seat and I couldn’t be happier.
