I would definitely describe the style as farmhouse. This light is really pretty and a perfect size. Double lights for brighter area and thick clear glass globes. This light would work in an office or as bedroom lights depending on your decor. The metal wiring case is heavy and a matte black finish. I ordered this light for an area outside of my main bathroom which is normally dimly lit. I needed an update from the cheap cam light. I turned it into a small dressing room and vanity. This light is perfect because of its size. Minimal space taken with a bold presence. Love the heavy clear glass globes. Great value and a super gift idea.

We had originally planned to install this vanity light during our house build, but construction delays have put that project on hold. Since I haven't been able to install it yet, I wanted to share my first impressions.Everything arrived very well packaged, and nothing was broken or scratched during shipping. The fixture feels sturdy and well made, and the glass shades are thicker than I expected. The finish looks beautiful in person and matches the listing photos really well.I also like the overall design. I think it would fit nicely in a modern, farmhouse, or transitional style bathroom depending on the other fixtures and decor you pair it with. The size looks like it will be perfect for a small bathroom or powder room.For the price, I think it appears to be a great value based on the quality of the materials. Reasonably priced industrial/glam vanity light perfect for our small half bathroom that is in desperate need a refresh. We have a few steps left before we can install this, but once I do, I will update the review with the final look. So far, I am really loving the warmth and tone of the gold backing, though the glass light fixture itself could be a little more interesting/updated. Still, it's modern enough and will match with both organic modern and transitional design spaces. I am pleased with the size, the product matching the representation in the listing, and it was packaged really well. A good deal for $50.

This is a good-looking vanity light with quality glass shades. The shades are thicker and better quality than other lights in this price range.I live in an older home, and changing a light usually means dealing with a messed-up wall or ceiling, as well as a questionable electrical box. Most of the light boxes in my house are blue plastic, and they love to start breaking apart if you look at them sideways. So one of the things I love about this light is the large backplate that covers a big section of the wall. That was perfect for my bathroom.But there are downsides to this light, also. To attach it to the mounting plate, you have to screw in four small screws from the side — two screws on the top and two screws on the bottom. That is a horrible design. I don't know why some manufacturers insist on making lights like that. Because this one came with a large, rectangular mounting plate, it was slightly easier to install than the typical two-screw lights. But I still would have preferred two front-mount screws instead of those screws on the side. I installed this light without taking my mirror off the wall, and I had to come at the two bottom screws at a pretty severe angle. I generally avoid lights with side-mounted screws. Because this light was less of a hassle than some I have installed before, I'm only knocking off one star for design.Other than that, this is a good light. The build quality is better than other lights at this price point. Because of that, I recommend this light even though it has side-mounting screws. You get a lot of light for the price.
