It works

[Color: Gold]
We received a soap dispenser with our new kitchen faucet but it didn’t work. I tried to get the same one, but it was not available for separate purchase. This new dispenser works well, was easy to install and had a bigger soap container. Only thing is it doesn’t match our faucet or disposal button. The soap dispenser is a much brighter gold which I do not love, but I am happy to have something that works.

Good sink soap dispenser

[Color: Chrome]
This is a soap dispenser that does what a soap dispenser should. I've wanted one for a while, and this fills my purposes. It dispenses soap easily. It's easy to install. It seems like it might be durable, and it looks tidy and neat on my countertop. It's a good way to make it easier for my kids to get soap, since the previous bottles we had kept getting empty too fast. This holds enough soap to last a while longer. It pumps a good amount of soap with each press, so I don't feel like I'm constantly having to pump it multiple times. It hasn't leaked or dripped on my counter while I've been using it. I think it's a decent value for the money.

Solid replacement at a good price

If you have a built-in soap dispenser in your kitchen sink, you've probably had one fail on you. The pump mechanisms don't seem to stop working, but the soap bottle installed under the sink tends to break (often where the neck screws in). Finding replacement bottles is a pain -- there's no standard size for the bottle threads, so more often than not you're left with the unfortunate prospect of just tossing out the whole thing and putting in a new one. That's been the case for our household, where this item is either the fourth or fifth one I've put in. Luckily, it's not a completely odious task, although it helps if you have another person holding the new pump while you're under the sink tightening it up.One nice aspect of this one is that you can refill it from the top. The ones I've had that have failed at the bottle is most likely due to stresses put on the bottle's neck when taking it off and putting it on when it needs to be refilled. This should help it last longer and prevent the eventual leaking from the bottle that's the telltale sign that a new one needs to be ordered. The price is in line with other no-name soap dispensers, and it looks nice and dispenses what seems like the right amount of soap with each pump. The design is pretty innocuous, which I think is good -- it pretty much will go with whatever faucet you have installed without standing out. I have a chrome-finish faucet and the chrome matched up just fine; I would imagine that the other finishes will likely also match easily. If you're like me and need to replace your soap pump, or if you're wanting to add one to a sink that doesn't already have one, this is a solid choice.
