High quality fan that is wet rated for outdoor spaces.

[Color: Black, Size: 54"]
This WINGBO 54 Inch Wet-Rated Ceiling Fan without Light with 4 ABS Blades, 6-Speed Quiet DC Motor is an excellent fan. The fact that it is waterproof opens up all sorts of location possibilities. Mine went into a roofed gazebo type structure that houses my outdoor kitchen and grilling area. It came well packaged and nothing was broken or missing. The fan is well made and uses quality components. Installation was straightforward and operation is superb. Its six speeds are capable of creating a gentle breeze to seriously moving a lot of air and keeps us cool and comfortable outside. DC motors operate more quietly than AC. Even though it runs off of110V and is hardwired into AC, it converts to DC ‘s smooth current and creates a higher quality fan. A fan of this quality is not inexpensive. But you get excellent value for your money.

Great Reliable Fan

[Color: Black, Size: 54"]
I’ve been completely happy with the wingbo fan products, and this fan is no exception. Made with quality parts, this fan was easy to install. Looks great and produces lots of air flow. It’s whisper quiet and I love that I’m able to control it via a remote. It’s a great value for the money, solidly built and durable, I highly recommend it.

Whisper‑quiet performer, just not the full package

[Color: Black and Walnut, Size: 54"]
I really like this fan—it's whisper‑quiet, moves plenty of air, and looks great on my covered porch—but I do wish it had even a simple light option. Installation was straightforward; it's handled humid evenings without a hiccup that I've noticed, and the remote makes speed changes effortless. I'm not saying anything's wrong with the build quality, just that for what I paid, I was hoping for a bit more versatility. If you're set on a no‑light fan, it's a solid pick; if you wanted both airflow and lighting in one, you might end up adding a separate lamp as I did. Still, as a fan, it's a low‑drama performer that does its job well—just not the full package I was hoping for.

Quiet outdoor fan with a clean low profile look

[Color: Black, Size: 54"]
We put this fan on our covered back patio where the ceiling is a little under 9 feet, and the flush mount design was the main reason I picked it. It sits close enough to the ceiling that it does not feel intrusive, and the matte black finish looks simple and modern without drawing too much attention. The first thing I noticed once it was running was how quiet the DC motor is. On low and medium, you mostly just hear air movement. Even on higher speeds it stays pretty tame, which matters when you're sitting outside talking or eating dinner. Airflow is solid, but it feels more focused than wide. For a medium patio or porch, I think it makes sense. For a huge open area, I would want something bigger or a second fan.Installation was pretty straightforward if you've hung a ceiling fan before, though the diagrams could be clearer in a couple spots. The ABS blades feel like the right choice for an outdoor space since they should hold up better to humidity and weather than standard wood style blades. The remote works fine, but it does feel a little cheaper than the fan itself. One thing to know, there is no light built in. That keeps the look clean, but if this is your main patio fixture, you'll need separate lighting. For me it's a solid 5 star fan because it's quiet, moves enough air, and fits low outdoor ceilings well.

Quiet Wet-Rated Fan with a Clean Modern Look

[Color: Black and Walnut, Size: 54"]
The WINGBO 54-inch wet-rated ceiling fan is a clean, modern option for anyone who wants strong airflow without adding a light fixture. The black and walnut finish gives it a stylish indoor-outdoor look, and the flush mount design makes it especially useful for covered patios, porches, gazebos, bedrooms, kitchens, or living spaces with lower ceiling clearance. The wet-rated construction is one of the biggest strengths, especially for outdoor areas exposed to humidity and changing weather. The ABS blades are designed to resist warping and sagging, while the quiet DC motor offers six speeds, reversible airflow, timer settings, and energy-efficient operation. The 54-inch size and airflow capacity make it a practical choice for medium to larger covered spaces where comfort and quiet performance matter.Pros• Wet-rated design works well for porches, patios, gazebos, and humid areas• Quiet DC motor provides strong airflow without distracting noise• ABS blades are practical for outdoor use and resist warping better than traditional materials• Flush mount design gives it a clean, low-profile look for lower ceilingsCons• No integrated light, so separate lighting may be needed• Remote control dependency may not appeal to everyone• Flush mount design is best for standard lower ceilings rather than very tall spacesIn a typical use case, this would be a strong fit for a covered patio, outdoor seating area, gazebo, or indoor room where airflow is needed but a light fixture is not. The black and walnut finish gives it enough style to feel intentional rather than purely functional, and the reversible motor adds year-round usefulness by helping circulate air in different seasons.Final ThoughtsThe WINGBO 54-inch wet-rated ceiling fan is best for homeowners who want a modern, quiet, outdoor-capable fan with strong airflow and a low-profile design. Its wet-rated build, ABS blades, 6-speed DC motor, reversible airflow, timer settings, remote control, and flush mount style make it useful for patios, gazebos, porches, and indoor rooms alike. The value is in getting a durable, stylish fan that improves comfort while keeping the design simple, efficient, and clean.

Outside capable...

[Color: Black, Size: 54"]
WIngbo is a reputable manufacturer of ceiling fans; the company’s reputation is good and their fans are excellent—and sold not only on Amazon, but in your neighborhood big box stores. If you’re looking for an American-made fan, this isn’t the fan for you. But then, none of the major manufacturers make fans in the USA, including Casablanca and Hunter along with the other major brands. All make their fans in China or Taiwan, with some doing a portion of their manufacturing in Mexico. The quality reputation of WIngbo is reflected in the price of their fans. Wingbo fans aren’t ultra-o0tfhgvc recheap no-name Chinese products. Though not expensive, they’re clearly in the mid-priced range of ceiling fans. This fan is an example of Wingbo’s range and thoughtful design. It’s an outdoor-rated fan, meaning it can take wet conditions. You can put this under a porch roof where rain won’t hit it directly but it will be exposed to serious humidity. You can also put it under a pergola roof where rain will fall on it. The motor needs to be attached to a junction box that is protected from the weather, but get a good seal at the top of the fan’s shroud and the fan is safe in all sorts of conditions. You must attach the fan to a solid horizontal element with dimensions sufficient to cover the fan’s 7 1/4” base. The fan is made with four blades. It produces more of a focused airflow than a general area flow and it is intended for installation on a shorter ceiling (8'-10’) rather than a higher mount. Bladeds of this fan are of ABS plastic, not wood like most Wingbo fans. I wish Wingbo (and other manufacturers) made their fans capable of smart control. It’s a shame to have to keep track of a remote and not have the option of controlling by your phone as well—especially when remotes are so frequently lost.

This fan spins quietly unlike my brain during home improvement projects! :D

[Color: White, Size: 54"]
I installed this WINGBO ceiling fan on my covered patio fully expecting at least one moment of regret involving confusing instructions and unnecessary sweating, but the process was smoother than anticipated. The matte white finish looks clean and modern without trying too hard to become the centerpiece of the entire backyard. Its low profile flush mount design works especially well for lower ceilings, and the four ABS blades feel lightweight yet sturdy enough for outdoor use. It manages to look simple and contemporary instead of resembling a futuristic helicopter preparing for takeoff. The six speed DC motor is impressively quiet, especially on lower and medium settings. Even at higher speeds, the noise stays more like a gentle air movement instead of the rattling ceiling fan soundtrack many older models provide for free. Airflow is solid for patios, gazebos, and medium sized indoor spaces, though massive open outdoor areas may need something larger or multiple fans. The wet rated construction is one of the best features because outdoor fans should probably survive outdoor conditions without acting personally offended by humidity.Installation was mostly straightforward if you have basic ceiling fan experience. The instructions are decent enough, though a few diagrams could be clearer unless you naturally enjoy interpreting vague line drawings like ancient treasure maps. Wiring was standard, and balancing the blades did not turn into the nightmare I expected. The remote setup was simple too, which spared me from yelling at electronics before lunch. One downside is the lack of an integrated light, which may matter depending on where you install it. Some people love the cleaner look, while others may realize halfway through installation that patios become extremely dark at night without separate lighting. The remote also feels a little cheap compared to the fan itself, though it functions reliably. Overall, the fan performs well, stays quiet, and handles outdoor use better than many budget options pretending to be weather resistant.Great value for the bucks! :DWonderful Things• Quiet DC motor keeps noise levels low• Wet rated design works well outdoors• Modern matte white finish looks clean and stylish• Strong airflow for patios and indoor rooms• Flush mount design fits lower ceilings nicelyMeh! Things• No integrated light included• Remote feels somewhat inexpensive• Instructions could explain installation more clearly• Very large outdoor areas may need stronger airflow
