8 Pack Ratchet Tie Down Straps

I would describe these straps as medium duty. But for most of my needs they are 100% adequate.Hooks on both ends are rubber coated to prevent scratching. The 1" webbing is a bit on the thin side but it does not stretch.The ratchets work smoothly and they do not slip. The levers are rubber coated to make them a little easier on your hands. The realease mechanisms also work smoothly and the springs are strong. The steel on the ratchet body is thinner than other ratchet straps that I use but so far that is not an issue.The stitching on the hooks is even with no loose threads. The ends of the webbing straps are seared to prevent fraying.I would trust these straps, properly deployed, in all but the most extreme situations.

Everything about these ratchet straps are lightweight compared to others I have with the same 1500 lb rating. The webbing is thin the sewing is a bit hap hazard in that the straps aren’t aligned well when sewn. The metal is thin and the finish is zink plating which is not so durable when used outdoors and in wet conditions.

Everything arrived well-packaged and comes with a carry bag for easy storage. I haven’t used them for hauling yet, but I tested the ratchets, and they work perfectly. Looking forward to using these to secure cargo on my trailer!

These straps are well made, especially for around $4 a strap. The webbing looks to be quality. They ratchet as they should, and the handles have a rubberized grip. The s hooks are also rubberized to prevent scratching. The 15 foot length is nice, giving me more than enough reach for anything I'll use them for. The only thing I can find to even begin to criticize, and it's very trivial, is the included storage bag. It's a little small and barely holds all eight straps. But that's the only thing I can say even remotely bad about these straps. I imagine I'll get years of service out of them.
