This is a one-piece work light that stands on its own and cast very good amount of light in small or inconvenient spaces. It plugs in to a three-prong socket. If you judge it on what it was made for, it's functional and is an easy-to-use solution for poorly lit work areas. The front surface feels like glass (or something similar), so it might not be drop-proof. But it's recessed, which adds to its durability.The downsides are that it does require a socket nearby, so you are limited to areas where you have power supply. It also does not have an on/off button, so if it's plugged in, it's on. It would also be nice if it had magnets built in on the back. I have a work light that has that, and it's a huge plus.Nitpicks aside, I am impressed with my new little work light and recommend it. Great value!

This LED Flood Light is brighter than any other LED lighting I've encountered, and casts a really wide flood of sharp white illumination. I especially like how rugged the case is, and the real glass lens. It's rated as IP66 water resistant, and I'll be testing that out in the coming months in my back yard.The only thing really to note is that this light doesn't have a built in on off switch, so you need some external way of controlling it, whether it's a timer or manual switch on your lighting circuit. As this is geared toward outdoor security use, I don't see this as a drawback, it's just something to be aware of.The flood light does get fairly warm to the touch after running for a while, but it has heat dispersing fins molded in the back of the case, and it doesn't seem to get hot enough that it would be a concern.Overall, this is an amazingly bright, compact LED light for outdoor use or even when working on cars or doing renovation work, etc. If you need a work light with plenty of output, this is a great light!

These LED flood lights are seriously impressive when it comes to brightness. The 9000 lumen output lights up my entire driveway with ease and made a huge difference after my old flood light stopped working. The daylight white color temperature gives off a very clean, crisp light that makes it easy to see everything clearly at night. Oh my heck! This light is ridiculously bright. I knew a 50W LED flood light would put out a lot of light, but I was still surprised by just how much illumination this thing produces. It lights up a large area with a crisp daylight-white color and is more than bright enough for most outdoor tasks.I've found it works especially well as a work light. Whether you're working in the garage, outside in the yard, or on a project after dark, it provides plenty of visibility and makes it easy to see what you're doing. The light output feels much stronger than many standard outdoor fixtures I've used.Overall, this is an excellent flood light if brightness is your main priority. The construction seems solid, the light is incredibly powerful, and it works great for security lighting, garages, workshops, and outdoor projects. These is a nice little light. They are in a durable metal backed enclosure that also serves as the heatsink. The mounting bracket is easily adjustable, and it makes it easy to install.These do have a waterproof rating for outdoor use. The lens cover is plastic. I worry that will dull in the sun and crack. That will probably be the eventual failure point. Also the cable gland is a little coarsely done.The cord has a pretty good length. It plugs into a conventional 120V plug outlet. The light is very bright. If a 14W LED is equivalent to a 100W incandescent, then this 50W LED is equivalent to hundreds of watts of incandescents. The light is pretty white for decent color rendering index.Overall, it is a good value for an outdoor light. These would really brighten up a big patio or sides of a house. Four stars.
