The orange maple leaf design is perfect for fall, and the candles give off a warm, cozy glow without the worry of having an actual flame.What I like best about this set is that both the candles and the remote use regular AA and AAA batteries. So many flameless candles use those small watch or button-style batteries, which I avoid in my home because I have kids and pets and those batteries can be extremely dangerous if they are accidentally swallowed.I really appreciate being able to use regular household batteries instead, and the remote makes turning the candles on and off very convenient. Overall, these are beautiful, practical, and much more appealing to me because of the battery design. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend!

I got this 2-pack of flameless candles because they looked absolutely cool for Halloween.The remote with timers on these is great. I don't have to remember to turn them off if they're running into the night. They don't run all night and into the morning until I get to them and burn through batteries. Speaking of batteries, you will need 2 AAs per candle. I love the look of them and their glow and flicker.The two with remote seems a good value. They are a bit larger than a lot of decorative candles I've seen out ther at 6" x 3". The batteries are not difficult to change either. You are not required to use the remote to turn them off and on, but you would then not have access to the timers. You just slide the little switch on the bottom to turn them off or on instead.I highly recommend them, would get these again, and am very happy. Quality is excellent.

This set of two flameless candles will look so pretty during the fall season when I decorate for Halloween. They are orange with black maple leaves embedded into the fake wax. I absolutely love to have candles as decorations and prefer flameless candles as they are much safer to have in my home. There is a remote provided which offers timing for the candles to turn on and off, of two, four, six and eight hours. A light option which allows the flame to be dim or bright on your preference and a solid or flickering light to be displayed, giving a realistic candle appearance. 2 AA batteries are needed for each candle which are not included, but can be easily obtained and placed into the underside of the candle. I would absolutely order another set of these in the future, as there are a few different options provided for different seasons, such as spring, Christmas, etc.

The remote battery compartment is also surprisingly difficult to open and required a tiny screwdriver to release the latch. Once everything is set up, though, the candles work very well. Since they're made from real wax, it's recommended by the instructions to keep them away from excessive heat.

Really impressed with these candles, they're well made and have a great flickering effect to them. These take two AA batteries each - I already have a bunch of rechargeable AAs so it works out great for me, but these don't come with any batteries. That being said, the power draw seems so minimal I'm sure they wouldn't need to be changed out super frequently, but something to keep in mind.Having a remote to control them is awesome, no need to manually turn them all off by the switch each time you want them on or off. Just point and click and you're good to go!The candle 'wax' part is actually wax, and has a true candle color to them. Make sure you don't leave your package outside for too long or they'll melt!No more anxiety burning candles with a cat in the house, no worries if an errant paw bats at these and knocks them over.Overall, I'm super impressed with the style, quality and function of these candles and appreciate the ambiance they add to my home!

These are nice Fall or Halloween candles and there is a remote so that you can turn them on and off without actually touching the candles. These do not have the moveable flame so they don't look as realistic as some of the LED candles out there on the market. But they are well made and easy to use. They are great for families with small children and cats that can get into real flame candles. Much safer.
