The store handle looks really nice and was really easy to install. These types of handles are so much easier than round ones because there's nothing obstructing the holes to screw it together.I needed to make a hole in my door for it because there was only a deadbolt and just installed a keyless lock. I needed a handle and something to catch the door. It came with a little paper to show you the spacing of the holes so I was able to use that as a template of Where to drill my hole and it was a breeze.I didnt want it to lock because I don't want anybody to accidentally lock it and then we can't get in the house. This does have a lock but it's just a little push button and on the other side you can stick something in the hole like an allen wrench to unlock it. So I can keep an allen wrench out front in case anybody accidentally locks it. Just something to think about, handles like these are much easier for toddlers And pets to open so if that's what you want then great but if not then around knob would be better.
