Great update for an older staircase or building a new. The black satin finish is clean, modern and instantly updates the area. The metal is sturdy despite the hollow design and the lighter weight is easy to handle during install.They were straight, consistently finished and fit well with standard railing components. The finish arrived without scratches or chips and the uniform color gave the finished product a professional appearance.Installation was much easier than expected with the proper shoes and adhesive. They cut cleanly and mounted securely. I like that the satin finish doesn’t show fingerprints or dust the way a glossy finish would.Overall, great balance of appearance, quality and value. These hollow 44-inch iron balusters actually feel solid and well made. They're square, about a half inch wide, with one tapered end for installation. The matte black finish looks clean and consistent across all of them, and they're heavy in a good way — you can tell they're real iron, not thin filler.They were individually wrapped in soft protective tubes, which helped keep the finish in great condition. No chips, scratches, or uneven coating that I noticed. That said, they seem overvalued, considering their simplicity. These aren't fancy or stylish, so they seem like something you'd order when you only care about the basic structure, but that's not how they're priced.Given that most projects would require a greater number of balusters, I recommend looking for a bulk option elsewhere before ordering this in multiple sets. Overall, these do seem like high-quality, durable railing pieces that should hold up well. Functionally sound, but aesthetically underwhelming.

This review is for the 8 pack of Wqinjk wrought iron square hollow balusters, which at the time of my order were $32.99. We are updating our home and I want to get rid of the one oak banister & balusters. This made the job easy. I had to cut four of the balusters & the other four were fine. I have a wet metal saw so cutting them was easy. These balusters are hollow so cutting them with a hack saw should be pretty simple & quick. I also purchased mounting shoes which helped immensely with the installation. The balusters are only 1/2" square and I'm a little worried that if something hits one hard enough it may cause it to bend. At least if a kid's head get stu k between a couple I think most adults would be able to push them apart to get the head out. I like the satin black sheen & color as that matches the railing that I got. For the price paid you are getting a good value for your money.
