I really like this, and I REALLY wish I’d had it when I was replumbing an entire apartment. It would have been so much easier than pulling out my little calibration tool every time and trying to figure out measurements in awkward spaces.The measuring wrap itself is excellent. It’s super long, sturdy, flexible, and made from a durable “plastic interlayered flexible, non-as asbestos gasket” material with very clear markings. Not only clear Marquis but directions it tells you how to measure everything and that is gonna save me a lot of time because I’m pretty handy, but I don’t always remember things and this is definitely gonna help me. Keep things straight and take accurate measurements for the first time that is a huge deal for me because that never happens! It’s easy to use and wraps naturally around pipes and other curved or irregular objects.It’s also going to be useful for a lot more than plumbing. Anything that isn’t flat and is annoying to measure with a traditional tape becomes much easier. Circumference, length, width, odd shapes…this gives me a lot of possibilities.Then there’s the storage tube. 😂It’s a pretty crappy plastic tube that arrived completely smooshed. That’s unfortunate because having a dedicated storage case would have been awesome, especially since the product information is printed on it. The actual lid, hilariously enough, is really nice. Eventually I’ll probably end up throwing the mangled tube away and keeping the lid for absolutely no logical reason. 🤣🤭I really wish they’d put the same thought into the storage container that they put into the measuring wrap itself.Bottom Line: The case is disappointing, but the actual measuring wrap is sturdy, clearly marked, easy to use, and extremely useful. I absolutely would have loved having this during my plumbing project, and I’m very glad I’ll have it for the next one. The wrap itself is worth every penny!

We love this at my shop it works great it’s not stretchy but has a rubberized feeling too it that really grips the pipe well been using it very heavy the last 2 weeks and everyone loves it extremely durable and well built. Now with that being said it is very very grippy almost too grippy can be difficult to us just on the pipe until it gets a little dirty.

James was dying for this pipe measuring tool, so of course he was nowhere to be found when it was review time. It comes in a handy storage tube, and the numbering is clear, bright, and easy to read. The wrap itself feels sturdy and well‑made, and the XL size should cover anything from 1" to 19" without a problem.The price is around $35, which James says is totally fair… but heaven forbid I spend that much on shih tzu clothing. For his tools, though, this seems like a solid buy. I assume it will work perfectly for whatever project he had in mind... he was excited enough about it that I’m confident it’ll do the job.

My husband works in excavating and uses these fairly often. This one is a little thinner than what he's used before, but so far it's holding to what the listing claims. It's durable, stays put once it's wrapped, and hasn't cracked or torn.The markings are the part that matters and they're clear. Gold on black, with inch and centimeter scales along the top edge and an angle fan below for laying out cuts. Nothing has rubbed off or faded yet, which is usually the first thing to go on a tool that lives in a truck.It comes in a hard plastic container with a cap that keeps it rolled, so it isn't unraveling in a toolbox or getting bent up. Easy to use, wraps flat around the pipe without fighting you. Solid product, nice size, and decent value.

Excellent quality tool made from durable rubber-like material. You can almost throw away your calculator as this thing does it all for you. What they don't show in the pictures is that it comes in a plastic, reuseable container rolled up neatly with a rubber band. I suggest keeping the rubber band and container and store it the same way it ships. It should last a very long time. Obviously, you'll probably have to replace the rubber band from time to time, but it's well worth it.

I never knew such a tool existed until now, and it sure does make measuring anything round like plumbing pipes or tailpipes a lot easier and faster.At 72 inches long, this will measure such a great variety of pipes from a 1 inch to a 19 inch, the perfect sizes for using it around the house and on cars.The markings on the tape are very easy to read, the contrast between the black and gold colors make it clear and it is completely accurate and reliable.I love that it includes tips, tricks, guides and charts written on the tool for measuring and figuring different pipe measurements, questions, and problems.It is very portable and lightweight, it comes in a handy container with a screw on and off lid to keep it safe and easy to fit in my toolbox.I could see where plumbers and HVAC technicians would use this every day. I will use it a few times a month, but it will make measuring anything round very easy. It also includes both metric and standard measurements on it.The composite plastic is a very durable and flexible material, perfect for this application. It is extremely flexible and sturdy, I think this will stand up to a lot of use and never lose its shape, break, or tear.It is heat resistant to temperatures as high as 350°F, that speaks to the quality of the material that it will not stretch or shrink in the cold weather either....impressive!My Dad is very handy around the house and he doesn’t have one of these, I’m thinking it would be a great Christmas gift!I think this is a great value for a well made, high quality tool that will last you for many years!
