Easy to install, looks good, and so far (2 days) it has remained exactly where I placed it.It does have adhesive on the suction cups. As a renter, I hope that will not be a problem when I vacate and have to remove it.

I had to use a bit of teflon to keep it from leaking. it worked like charm afterwards.
