Issues right from the start

Not sure if this got messed up somehow while in its packaging but, the light setting we prefer flickered which got worse within a couple days and then poof it and the other light setting all stop coming on.. my hub is a licensed electrician so it was not due to improper installation/etc..the fan was very quiet though but, on the weak side for those who love long hot showers in the AM. Hub takes his long shower around 4am and when i wake up at 8am, the bathroom window is still steamed up, as well as lower part of walls/tiles.. hub said he does not believe this is a 150 CFM ventilation fan at all, our older one was much lower and did the exact same job as this one..Installation was easy since it fit into what was already in ceiling..So in the end, i think a non-dud one would be best for those who take warm showers and have a small size bathroom but, i cannot say quality is great at all given above issues with ours,.

This was interesting!

So we misplaced the instructions (toddlers) while trying to install so we did it without. We were installing in a "new construction" remodeling so not replacing an old one. And to top it off, we wanted a timer switch for the fan and a separate switch for the light. We accomplished all of this. But we didn't have instructions...we have since found the packet that comes with it. It does have one! Lol. The light is bright enough for showering but we are glad for the separate vanity light because it's not so great for that. The fan is quiet enough to not bother you outside of the bathroom, and really it's not a bother in the bathroom. It's small enough for our little 6x6 bathroom. It doesn't take up too much space and it pulls the steam out well for that size too. We didn't want over the top and this was just right!

Very quiet

My restroom was having issues with ventilation so I replaced it with this, which is 3x more powerful but 1/3 of the noise. Very nice product. Installation wasn't super easy but if you're handy you'd be able to figure it out.

Perfect for large master baths

Wish it was installed when the house was built. Took care of any lingering humidity in the bathroom.

Good little fan, great for a smaller space as it doesn't take up much room

[Color: White]
Good smaller size bathroom fan. Included light is a bonus as bathrooms don't always have an overhead light. It is a bit bulky for it's actually size rating wish it was a little bit more compact. Color of trim blends in with the decora and installation is straight forward if you already have a bathroom fan installed, if not you will need some ducting to get the air outside. Also a pretty quiet fan, even though I am using it in a shop where the noise won't be a problem.

Light is Bright!Light is Bright!

Looks great! The light is so bright! It is perfect for our 1962 house remodel! Not sure about installation as I did not install our contractor did. If you flip the light switch repeatedly it will change to different color lighting. We light the daylight bright light.
