TL;DR - These are heavy iron hinges that will hold quite a bit of weight, at $8.20 each they are a bit expensive but they truly are heavy duty. Worth it if you're okay with the cost.Full Review - My backyard gate has been hanging loose and needing new hardware for a while so it was nice to pick these up. Im really impressed with how strong they are, very solid iron that are quite heavy themselves.When I replaced the hinges on my gate with these the look and function was an immediate improvement, I had to make a few adjustments but overall very easy install.Overall, definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade or adding new, its just a bit expensive but you get your weight worth. lol.

I recently used these heavy-duty hinges on our backyard shed/enclosure door, and they are fantastic! The 270-degree ultra-wide rotation is a massive game-changer, allowing the door to swing completely flat against the wall and out of the way in our tight outdoor space.The build quality is immediately noticeable—they are thick, solid iron with a great rust-resistant finish that feels built to last against the elements. Installation was a breeze too, thanks to the included hardware and mounting template. Even better, our backyard wildlife mascot, Potato the Possum, frequently inspects our handiwork and seems completely unbothered (and safely cleared) now that the door opens smoothly and fully without catching. Highly recommend if you need sturdy hardware for heavy wood doors or gates!

These outdoor hinges are marketed as heavy duty however I would caveat that they are heavy duty for up to the size of a normal person passage fence gate but not for a large vehicle size gate. The hinges are a nice heavy robust metal and they have a clean attractive coating which should resist outdoor corrosion. I appreciate the extra screw holes and the included matching mounting screws. These also have a swing radius that would allow the gate to swing fully inward and partially outward if the jam allows for gate swing pass through. The price seems fair.

These hinges are definitely heavy duty. I like that they also have six screws on each half of the hinge for secure attachment. There is minimal play in the hinge pin so no rattling or sagging. The electroplating and black finish should minimize rusting for many years. The hinges can be used either as a flat surface mount or as a hidden butt hinge. Great hing for my new fence gate!

I have a privacy fence gate in my backyard that needs some TLC. The existing hinges are struggling, so it takes far more effort to open and close than I'd like. I picked these up to attempt some DIY fixing of the gate.They arrived well packaged and included the needed mounting hardware. The hinges themselves feel high quality and open and close very smoothly The finish on them looks really nice and appears like it will stand up to quite a bit of outdoor wear and tear. There were no scratches on the finish, and even while I was working with them and accidentally rubbed them against each other and the mounting screws, it didn't scratch or otherwise deface.The only issue I have with them is that they don't quite seem to match the photos on the product description. The actual measurements are spot-on, so definitely go by that. But, the image that show the hinges on actual outdoor fence gates seem to be off in scale. Either those are images for a different variant of these hinges that are larger, or those are non-standard fence boards and posts. But, that definitely threw me off a little. I'll definitely take the blame for most of it, since, like I mentioned above, the written measurements in the description and on the image that shows the measurements, is correct. Please go by that and make sure you check that against your needs before getting these. Do not just look at the pictures and think, "that looks just like my fence, these are exactly what I need," as that approach may lead you astray. These are a little less than 4 inches on each half of the hinge.Beyond that, these are quality hinges, well worth the under $17 price tag at the time I ordered them. I'm likely going to get a different set for the original gate I ordered these for, since I misunderstood the sizing; but, I'll definitely find a project to use this quality hinges!
