Happy with this one. The gold has a warm tone instead of the brassy yellow that cheap fixtures usually land on, and the two layers of fabric give it some depth so it doesn't read as a flat drum. At 12.6 inches it's right for an entry or hallway without swallowing the space. Three bulbs put out plenty of light and the semi flush drop is small enough for a standard ceiling. Install was the usual mounting bracket routine and the wiring pigtails were long enough to work with comfortably. The shade fabric is lightweight and the metal is thin, so nobody's inheriting this. But it looks better than it cost, which is what I was after.

Great quality fixture and so easy to install. The installation was straightforward and quick - it went up without any hassle, which is always a relief with light fixtures. Once it was up, it completely transformed the room: the gold finish and two-layer fabric linen drum shade look elegant and much more modern and upscale than my old dated light. It really makes the space pop and feel finished. The semi-flush mount is a nice size at 12.6" and the light it puts out is warm and inviting. It looks like a designer fixture for a fraction of the price and works great in an entryway, bedroom, hallway, or kitchen. Easy install, beautiful modern look, great quality - 5 stars.
