Love the soft light linen fabric. It’s not see through. Fits well. I’m a classic woman’s medium. Very comfy for working in. And feels classy at the same time. I recommend if you work in a hot climate and need short sleeves. I personally like that it does not have a zipper.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t wear this chef coat because I was sent the wrong size. I was disappointed because the fabric feels really soft and comfortable, and I would have loved to try it on. The coat looks very nice and well made, with a professional appearance. I can’t comment on the fit, but based on the quality and feel of the material, it seems like it would be a great chef coat in the correct size.

This chef’s coat for women is high quality and an attractive light blue color, casual and yet professional at once. The cut is fine at the neck. It’s very soft, comfortable and lightweight. Less stretchiness but fits well. I’m 130 lbs with a Medium at 5’4”. The material is help and fenced mix and it’s machine washable. The stitching is done tightly, and there are snaps and pockets at the limbs for ease of use and thermometers, pens etc. Price is mid to high range but this is a premium coat.

There's a lot to like about this chef coat. The material on this is unlike any other garment I own. It feels almost silky to the touch but it is way more sturdy than you'd expect. I really like that this snaps instead of buttons. It is easy to get on and also to get off. The fit is great for me and has a bit of a tapered waist which I appreciate. So many coats are unisex and boxy on a woman's curvy frame. This is not. Short sleeves suit my preferences because I'm not a fan of needing to roll my sleeves up for safety and sanitation. There are ample pockets for anything you need. The color of it is nice too! I don't think I own anything else that is hemp and tencel but after using this, I'm a fan. It felt breathable and not stuffy to wear it, even as I worked over a canning pot with lots of steam. Other fabrics get clingy in those humid conditions but this felt pretty good.The price on this is a bit steep. I'm not sure that it is a worthwhile bargain for a home cook like me but if you're in a professional kitchen or catering, I do think it is a good buy and you'll look very sharp.

I was concerned this might be tight across my large chest (38DD) but it's perfectly comfortable. It doesn't smash me or appear tight but there is little room to spare. The waist, arms and hips fit as they should.The fabric is a little heavy but it's breathable so I don't find it to be hot in the kitchen. It feels like linen but is 55% Hemp and 45% Tencel. Tencel is a man made fiber but is made with natural wood pulp. It says this can be machine washed but I will be using the gentle cycle and hanging to dry.It's exquisitely made and uses straight stitched seams and hems rather than serged. It is pricey but this is a high end garment using quality fabric. I got it in the sage and the color is beautiful.
