The lock was very easy to install with just a Phillips screwdriver. It also came with easy to follow directions to program the access codes.Customer Service phone wait time was very short and AARON understood what I was trying to describe when I had an issue with the installation screws and was extremely helpful and kept me in the know regarding the status of my replacement parts order. I received replacement parts in two days and it fixed the issue. I couldn’t be happier with my new lock or Veise’s customer support service.

The keypad was very easy to install. I had a deadbolt where I was installing this, making it very easy. If you do not already have a hole cut for the lock, that would definitely make it more challenging. It took about 20 minutes total and only one tool was needed. It looks great and seems to be very high quality. It takes 4 AA batteries. I love the convenience of the keypads, and look forward to using this. We installed this on our back door since we have a different one for our front door.

Just got yesterday and install today. Simple and easy instructions to follow. The whole lock system fit perfectly in previous one. Let see how long it will last. But so far good product.
