TLDR: This TV cover feels sturdy and well-made, and I think it will be helpful for protecting my TV during an upcoming move. Just know that it is more of a thick felt dust/scratch cover than a padded moving blanket, so I would still use extra protection if boxing or transporting the TV.Full Review:I’m moving in a few weeks, so I got this TV cover to help protect my screen during the process. I haven’t completed the move yet, but my first impression is that this should be useful as one layer of protection.My TV is 65 inches, and this cover is made for larger 70 to 75 inch TVs, so it is definitely oversized for mine. In my case, I don’t mind that because I can fold the extra material around the sides, which should add a little more coverage and cushion. If you want a very snug fit, though, I would definitely pay close attention to the sizing before ordering.The material feels like thick, sturdy felt. It seems like it will do a good job protecting against dust, minor scratches, and surface scuffs. I also like that there are bottom straps to help keep it from sliding off.My only real complaint is that I expected it to be somewhat padded. It is not really padded in the way I imagined. It feels more like a heavy felt cover than a cushioned moving protector. That isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but I would not rely on this alone to protect a TV during a move.For my use, I plan to put the TV in a box and add bubble wrap or other padding as well. I think this cover will work nicely as an extra protective layer inside that setup.Overall, I’m happy with it so far. It feels sturdy, the size gives me plenty of coverage, and I think it will help protect the screen during moving or storage. Just manage expectations: this is a thick felt cover, not a fully padded TV moving case.

We are moving in a couple of months so I'm "gathering supplies," so to speak. And to make my husband happy, I ordered this cover for his precious 72-inch TV. Of course, I decided to make sure it would work so that my husband would remain cooperative, compliant and happy on moving day, so my son and I did open this when it came and slid it over the TV to see how much protection it would give the TV. Well, as it turns out, it gives the TV approximately zero cushion. Hmm, imagine that. I imagined my husband having a medical emergency as the movers made their way out the door with his Beloved TV slipping and falling and shattering, then I imagined me calling 9-1-1, and then my imagination shut down because my sanity was slipping.So my son and I knew measures would need to be taken. I went into the storage room and found an old, very thick queen-size comforter and we folded it up and put it inside the TV cover shown here. So on moving day, instead of just the TV cover, there will also be a nice, thick comforter to wrap the TV in first before using this pretty thin TV cover. I mean, you could technically just use this TV cover, but in my mind, you'd be taking a huge chance. I don't see that you're really protecting anything by using it, except maybe it won't get quite as dirty during the move. This cover is not going to protect it from getting damaged; that's for sure. I've attached a photo of our TV just without anything covering it, and then the TV with just the cover on it. It's hard to tell anything from the photos, because I could not figure out a way to show how thin this cover is. For comparison, I immediately thought of a throwaway grocery bag made out of that burlap-type material when I saw this TV cover, if that helps, though this is slightly more dense than that.

I needed a TV cover asap for a move. I ordered the tv and ran across this cover, which is the right size for the 65” I ordered. This tv goes in the living room in the new place, and I need to make sure it’s protected.This cover fits 70-75 inches; when I use covers I always use one a bit larger than the tv just in case. This cover will fit the bill with a few inches to spare, if needed. The material is felt, and it's thick enough for protection. The little tv feet on the bottom of your tv can remain in place, if desired. This attractive forest green cover will make the move that much easier; I couldn’t be happier.

I never knew I needed a TV cover. The design is pretty good and simple. It is basically a big bag with Velcro straps at the bottom to hold it closed. It is made out of a somewhat heavy felt-type material that is study and I am no worries about it wearing out around the corners.In my option this is a great cover for a TV to protect it from accidental scratches and to protect it from the elements (moisture, dirt, dust, etc.). Thus I think it is well suited to covering a TV you have in storage. It may, in fact, but a little too heavy-duty for this, but I think that is a good thing. You don't have to worry about it tearing, sagging, or anything like that.It can also work as some protection against your TV when moving but it does not have any padding, handles, or other things like that so I think it comes up just a little short in this regard. Yes, it is much better for moving than not having a cover; however I wouldn't trust my TV to hold up riding in the back of truck with just this cover on because if you had another box, chair, or whatever rubbing against the TV during a trip; or if the TV fell over while moving this cover isn't going to be quite tough enough to provide the full protection you might need.With that said though, I do find this cover useful and as my tagline says, I never knew I needed this, but now I do!

Moving gives me a lot of anxiety, especially if something breaks. This gave me some peace of mind to protect our TVs. This simply went over the TV and Velcro at the bottom. This helped protect against scratches and light dings. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and reassurance of TV protection.

Loved the idea of ensuring my large TV was adequately protected in a move and am happy with this item. The sizing is generous and just right for an oversized unit. I especially like the straps that work perfectly to secure a tight, safe fit. The item is definitely for scratch protection (not shatter protection) as it's a mid-thickness felt, so a box may be needed in addition for a bumpy or long-range move. If just needing an improved way to store or transport your tv to avoid it getting dirty of scratched, this is a terrific solution.

We used this cover to move our biggest TV from one house to another, and it worked very well. Moving a 70-inch television is already stressful enough, so having something that covered the entire TV and stayed securely in place made the process a lot easier. The felt material is soft and provides a good layer of protection against scratches and scuffs. The stitching is tight, the straps feel securely attached, and everything held together without any problems while carrying, loading, transporting, and unloading the TV.For some extra peace of mind, I slipped a piece of cardboard inside the cover on the screen side. That gave the actual panel a little additional protection while the TV was traveling in the vehicle. The cover and cardboard combination worked perfectly for our move. The bottom straps are especially useful because they keep the cover from shifting or riding up when you're handling such a large television. Once everything was secured, I didn't have to constantly stop and readjust it.Our TV made it from one house to the other without any damage, and the cover still looked great afterward. Definitely something I'll keep around for future moves, renovations, or storage.
