As I open the box I am simply bubbling because it is even better in person that I thought it might be.I absolutely LOVE how the black fixture plays with the natural rattan that is woven over the metal frame. The 8 lobes gives the impression of a flower that works so well for our kitchen without being formal.I like how the light is filtered through the rattan weaving and the way the black candelabra base arches gently downward offering a place to rest seasonal greenery. This fixture feels organic and elegant at the same time. It makes me smile every time I see or think of it. So, I think it is a winnerThe details:The rattan shade has 8 lobes. It is 20" in diameter. There is a dangling black candelabra within that offers four standard E26 sockets. Each socket is rated for a 40 watt bulb. (Maybe... the detail page says 60 watt each. However there is no sticker on any of the sockets stating what they are rated for and I couldn't read the interior of the socket to tell 100%. So, I'm being conservative as nearly all of the fixtures I have reviewed have been rated for 40 watt even though the detail page stated otherwise. Just going on an educated guess.)3 sections of chain -19" long each + 3 chain connectors gives a total length of 60"1 black velvet chain sock measures 58" longThe included instructions show the assembly of the fixture with sketches and numbered written instructions. I really love the look of this large hand-woven rattan piece. The natural texture and boho design add a warm, relaxed feel to the room, and the larger size makes it a great statement piece. I really like this light fixture. The woven design looks really nice in person and gives the room a warm and cozy feel when the lights are on. It's a good size without feeling too big, and the four lights give off plenty of light for the room. I also like that it has a unique look compared to a regular chandelier and makes the space feel a little more put together. I wanted a chandelier that would add some warmth and texture instead of another fixture made entirely from metal and glass. This ZxWLife chandelier caught my attention because the woven shade surrounds a more traditional multi-arm light fixture, giving it an interesting mix of casual and classic styles.At just under 20 inches across, the fixture has enough visual presence to work over a table or in another area where I actually want the lighting to be noticed. The woven outer shade is what makes it stand out. During the day it adds natural texture, and once the lights are on the open weave becomes part of the effect.I especially like the contrast between the lighter woven material and the darker metal arms underneath. It keeps the chandelier from leaning too far into either traditional or boho styling.This is definitely a fixture I would center carefully because the shape is meant to be seen. Over a dining table or in a defined seating area, it can help visually anchor the entire space.I wouldn't choose it for a room where I wanted the ceiling lighting to practically disappear. This chandelier is part of the decor.For a dining room, breakfast area, or other space where natural texture works with the surrounding furniture, this gives the room considerably more personality than a basic light fixture.
