This is a solid towel ring and shelf. It is solid metal and durable. It will hold up well. Nothing was missing and installation will be a breeze with just two simple screws. It has a matte black finish and isn't too heavy. Overall I have no concerns with the item. The only thing I would prefer is to not have exposed screws, using a backing plate and set screw, but that isn't a deal breaker and I look forward to using this in my bathroom.

Our half bath had no shelf near the outlet & we wanted to have a plug in oil diffuser in there, so when I saw this, I had to order it.It came well packaged with foam & a cloth cover keeping it safe from scratches & damages. Installation was straight forward as it came with screws & drywall anchors if needed. It also came with screw caps to give it a clean look. The metal itself is very stiff & doesn't bend easily. The towel ring doesn't swing too freely, helping prevent it from swinging into the wall. Overall, it feels very durable & it's not so heavy that it would just fall off the wall either. The brushed nickel look fits right in with out grey/white decor in that bathroom.While I did receive this free through the Amazon Vine Program, I do feel it is worth the $17.99 price (at the time of writing this). Good quality, looks great, exactly what we were looking for.

I ordered this because my wife wanted a new hand towel holder, and the idea of an extra shelf for storage on top seemed like a great idea. It was simple to install and included the necessary hardware, and as long as it's attached to a stud it seems like it will never come loose. Very useful and convenient!

This towel ring feels solid and well made. The metal has a substantial weight to it, and the shelf appears to be cut from a thick piece of metal, giving it a clean, industrial look. The edges aren’t rounded smooth, but I believe that’s intentional and fits the modern design.The small shelf on top is useful—it easily big enough to hold a phone while you’re in the bathroom. The towel ring itself is fairly stiff, which helps keep it from swinging around every time you grab the towel.I’m planning to install this in my trailer bathroom where the shelf will come in handy for setting down a phone or small items. Overall, it feels durable, functional, and much more substantial than many of the lightweight bathroom accessories I’ve used before.

Really handy design. I got this to replace the existing, basic ring-style towel holder I had in my guest bathroom. That bathroom has very little counter space and this shelf will give users a spot to place their phone to wash their hands. I also feel that the oval ring will allow the towel to sit more nicely and not bunch up like it does at the bottom of the perfect circle. This distorts the design on my towel and makes it less pretty. First-world problems, I know... but still. The quality feels amazing for the price and the whole thing was super easy to get installed. Really happy with this.

I just received this swivel ring towel holder with shelf, and I'm really impressed with it. The matte black finish is beautiful—smooth, elegant, and it gives the whole piece a high-end look. The shelf does have a small lip at the front to help keep items from sliding off, but it doesn't extend around the sides or back of the shelf. I would have preferred a full lip around the entire shelf for a little extra security.The holder itself feels very sturdy and well made, with a nice weight to it that makes it feel like a quality piece.Installation was straightforward because it comes with all the hardware you need, including drywall anchors for situations where you can't mount directly into a stud. It even includes little caps that cover the screw heads after installation, so you get a clean, finished look without visible screws taking away from the design.Overall, I'm very happy with this towel holder.
