These Edison-style bulbs give off a really pretty warm amber glow that creates a cozy, vintage look. They look great in decorative lamps, especially fixtures where the bulb is visible, because the design itself adds to the overall style. The 2200K warm white color is softer and more relaxing than standard bright white bulbs, making them nice for bedrooms, living rooms, or accent lighting. I’ll admit I didn’t realize these were incandescent bulbs when I ordered them, but that was my mistake for not paying closer attention to the listing. Because they are incandescent, they do get very hot while they are on. The glass can become hot enough that you definitely want to be careful when changing them and make sure they have cooled down completely before handling. The bulbs arrived well packaged and worked as expected. I like the look and the warm atmosphere they create, but keep the heat factor in mind if you are using them in a place where someone could accidentally touch the bulb or where heat buildup could be an issue. Overall, these are a great choice if you want that classic Edison bulb appearance and don’t mind the extra heat that comes with incandescent bulbs.

These Edison bulbs are absolutely fantastic. I hate that I have to search for non LED light bulbs that are reliable anymore, but my search has ended here. The filaments on these light bulbs are so gorgeous and delicate yet powerful and provide a gorgeous warm white light that I would put between soft white and Amber in reference to standard light bulb hue. I love the shape of these bulbs with the Vintage design of the my name light bulb with the gentle Notch at the top. These have made a gorgeous addition to the bedrooms and the living room at home. Well worth the cost
