This is a well-made duct connector flange. While it's intended for HVAC and dryer vent applications, I'm using mine for something a little different—connecting my dust collection system to the space beneath an older Craftsman table saw. It turned out to be a perfect fit for the job.The galvanized steel feels sturdy, the black finish looks nice, and the overall construction is solid with no sharp edges or obvious manufacturing defects. The 4-inch connection fits my dust collection hose snugly without needing any persuasion, which made installation quick and easy. It also came with the mounting screws needed to get it installed.Sometimes the simplest shop components end up being the most useful, and this is one of those parts. If you need a durable 4-inch flange for ventilation, dust collection, or another workshop project, this is an easy recommendation. It feels like it'll still be doing its job long after I'm gone.

This is an excellent Quality 4 inch dryer duct connector flange. I installed mine on the inside of the house on the drywall and extended the dryer hose through this piece of metal and it worked perfectly. It is the perfect size and it comes with all of the parts and accessories you need to install an aluminum dryer tube. I never recommend using the plastic dryer tubes as they clog up with lint far too easily. This is an excellent value for the money and a great product.

This Four(4") Inch Duct Connector Flange / Dryer Vent Wall Plate / Galvanized Steel Dryer Connector with mounting screws (Black) replaced my old rigid ABS plastic type Duct Connector Flange. Galvanized Steel versus ABS plastic, no question the former beats the later in all manner of qualities, including fit and durability. Seems well-made, solid and good-looking; was easy to install as had four(4) pre-drilled mounting holes and included, what are claimed to be, "rust-resistant mounting screws" Seems to be a well-made good looking dryer vent wall plate/duct connector flange.

I roast coffee as a hobby, and while I usually roll my roaster out onto the deck when the weather is nice, there comes a point every year when it's either too hot, too cold, or too miserable outside to make that much fun. So I recently decided to build a proper indoor exhaust system.My only practical option was venting through a window, which led me down the familiar rabbit hole of ductwork, plywood, inline fans, adapters, and all the other little pieces that somehow turn a simple idea into a weekend project.This flange is one of those little pieces.The plan is to mount it to a plywood window insert, connect it to a section of dryer-style duct, and use an inline exhaust fan to pull smoke and chaff outside while roasting. The project isn't completely finished yet, but I can already tell this setup is going to work well.The flange itself is nicely made, fits standard 4-inch ducting perfectly, and includes the mounting screws. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. It's sturdy, the finish looks good, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do.One thing I've learned during this project is that I'll need at least six feet of duct between the roaster and the inline fan so the hot exhaust doesn't turn the plastic fan blades into modern art. Thankfully, this connector makes putting that system together easy.Bottom line: sometimes the success of a project comes down to the little parts that tie everything together. This is one of those parts. Simple, well made, and exactly what I needed.

This flange is true to size and fit standard 4” ducting without any issues. The metal feels sturdy, the finish looks good, and the included worm gear clamp works well. Pretty good quality and seems durable.Nice bonus that it came with an extra screw and anchor. Everything needed for installation was in the package, making the job quick and easy. Great price too!

I am so glad I got to get this. It is the perfect size for my dryer vent. I like the fact that it is steel and not plastic or aluminum like the others. The durability of this flange will outlast most others I have bought in the past due to it being steel. It even comes with the fastener to tighten it down which is a plus. It is a great value for the product.

This is a surprisingly heavy-duty wall plate and feels much sturdier than some of the thinner duct connectors I’ve used before.I actually used it for connecting a vent hose to the wall inside my sauna project (with the visible metal covered by cedar trim), and it worked perfectly for that application. It gave the hose a very solid and secure connection point.The black finish also looks clean and professional, and the included mounting hardware was a nice bonus.Overall, this would work great anywhere you’re running ducting or need a solid wall connection for a vent hose.

This galvanized steel dryer vent wall plate is designed to connect a 4” duct to the plate with more accommodations for additional air flow behind it, usually eventually leading to a venting port to vent air to the outside like the heated and moisture rich air from a dryer. It literally is a piece of plate with a 4 inch lip so that a 4” duct can be clamped around it, using a hose clamp to for the necessary seal. This item is packaged in a brown folded cardboard box with a pull out tabbed lid and the white FBA product identification sticker label as the only description of any kind for the product affixed on the lid. Inside you will find the flange plate, fastening hardware to fasten the flange to the structure (usually 2x4s) and a duct clamp to clamp down and hold the 4” duct you will be attaching to it. It is a completely passive system that just works, no moving parts, nothing really complicated. The flange is well made and will perform its designed function without any issues.
