I also like the reversible motor because it allows the fan to be used throughout the year. Installation was manageable, but having a second person help made it much easier because of the fan’s size.

I ordered this to replace a beat up old fan on the back porch. My house faces east in front and west in the back so we really take the heat in both the morning and the afternoon. At 60" this fan is large enough to move the air across the entire porch to cool things off. There are 6 speeds and a reverse option which are accessible from either the remote control or the phone app to provide just the right amount of air. The blades are smooth, sleek and sturdy, I really like the clean minimalist design. Dusting them off is a breeze as they are slender enough that a standard fan brush will fit over them easily. Installation was simple and straightforward with the instruction videos, and only requires 1 person to accomplish. It does not have an option to add a light, but that isn't a deal breaker for me due to the way the lighting is wired at either end of my porch. I just love the look and the fact that it makes our back porch so much more livable during the hot summer months.

This 60” ceiling fan is impeccable for the price. The fact that it is both remote control and app controlled is a game changer for me because I don’t have to keep the remote out at all times to change the speed or direction.The materials used to craft the blades make it durable and able to be out in the elements without worry of breakage. This was a great feature for me to be able to put it up on my back porch.Installation of the fan took me about 45-60 minutes, which is to be expected with an average fan, in my opinion.The only drawback I can see is that it doesn’t have an option for a light. This doesn’t bother me, as I don’t use overhead lighting, but others may have different views.Overall, I am really enjoying this ceiling fan and think it has great value for the money. I would definitely consider buying another, if I have the need for it.

This fan is all buisness. The low profile design and widened fan blades are here to produce wind and nothing more. Each blade is made of thick plastic that has a lovely woodgrain pattern on the surface. The downrod provides good spacing and the walnut finish of the blades plays well off of the black motor and mounting plate. It's easy to assemble and install. It doesn't weigh too much, and is easily maneuverable with one man. There is a little cable to help suspend the motor while you connect the wiring. I love the 3 blade design. It has a modern look and functions perfectly. I think it is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, as they say. I would recommend this fan. It has a sturdy build that seems like it'll last a long time. 5/5
