I never have enough tie down straps. As avid off roaders, we are always looking to tie down something. Though these straps are smaller than others we have, they are strong and help keep things secure. The ratchets work great and stay put. We've used them with bikes, wheels, and other items we take off road. People have commented on the colr too. We think these are a perfect addition to our off roading tool kit.

I have been impressed enough with WynWerth that I keep adding more of their straps to my equipment. These are the heavy-duty version I wanted for a flatbed trailer carrying two Polaris RZRs, where bargain straps are not something I am willing to trust.The first thing I noticed was the webbing. It is thick enough that I had to make an effort just to fold it over in my hand. The 2-inch straps feel dense and substantial, the stitching looks serious, and the large double-J hooks are thick enough to hook under a tube without looking like they will straighten the first time the trailer hits a rough stretch of road.I used them on a trip to southern Utah with about five total hours of driving, and they performed perfectly. They were easy to route, easy to tighten, and they stayed secure throughout the trip. I could cinch them down firmly without feeling like I was asking too much of the ratchet or webbing.Functionally, they operate like familiar ratchet straps. Feed the loose end through the spool, ratchet the load tight, then pull the release and open the handle fully when it is time to remove the tension. There is no strange learning curve; the difference is that the hardware and material feel superior.The set includes four, which is exactly what I needed for the trailer. For hauling machines, moving equipment, or any job where the skinny discount straps feel outmatched, these are the best heavy-duty straps I have found for the money. Five stars.

I got these tie-down straps to use with off-road vehicles on my utility trailer. I have used WynWerth products in the past and I’ve always been very happy with them. These straps are very strong and probably more robust than what I need for my purposes, but I know I’ll never have to worry about them failing. You can see in the photos that these easily connect to standard quarter inch D-rings or any other anchor point. However, the J hooks are too large to fit inside the slots of the super strut that I have on my utility trailer.Just like the product description says, these straps are 2 inches wide but I measured and the length of each of my four straps is only 18 feet and 5 inches not the full 20 feet. This isn’t a big deal because I don’t anticipate needing the full 20 feet but it’s something to keep in mind if you purchase these. The webbing is nice and thick and so is the stitching. I couldn’t find any loose threads or imperfections in the manufacture of these tie-down straps.One feature, I didn’t know about that I really enjoy with these straps is that the locking mechanism locks out fully when you’re loosening the strap, but it also locks fully in the closed position to make it extra secure. The ratcheting mechanism is smooth and easy to operate. The galvanized finish makes me think I won’t have to worry about these rusting for many years.Overall, I recommend these tie-down straps because they are a good value. I’ve seen many comparable products cost more and they would certainly cost almost twice as much if you purchased them retail in one of the big box stores.

I bought this 4 pack of WynWerth straps for moving some equipment on my flatbed trailer, and they are significantly more heavy duty than the ones you find at the local big-box stores. The 2" width feels very substantial, and you can tell the webbing is high quality and won’t fray the first time it rubs against a corner. When these arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how large, strong, heavy-duty and industrial grade these ratchets appear to be!I have a boat, an enclosed trailer with racks on top, racks on my SUV, and I haul things regularly.Sometimes I use buggy cords, sometimes I tie rope, and sometimes I use ratchets…but let me tell you if I want to completely secure something and not have to worry about it shifting…I will use these powerhouse WynWerth ratchet & straps.The 20’ length is more than ample for my needs, and the 2” width will hold & is wide enough for my tasks.The ratchet itself is made of heavy duty, thick alloy steel, as is the large j-hook. The handle is strong and has enough space for my 4 fingers.The ratchet is well designed and manufactured, and the yellow strap has black on the edges & red dashed lines in the center to be able to see the strap movement while tightening and loosening.The 10k lb/5 ton breaking strength is stellar and impressive.I also appreciate that the strap is UV resistant, so that will extend the lifespan while in the elements.The price is great and very affordable, and MUCH less expensive than competitors offering similar size, strength and specs.I tested one right after it arrived and the cranking is smooth and consistent, and it grips great! Well made and will be helpful and last a long time. Very pleased!

Now what bugged me these are heavy duty so they eat up more space than lighter straps would if your tie down points run small you might need to fiddle with hook angles to get a proper bite value wise it's solid you're getting four straps plus hooks in one kit rather than piecing things together separately. Durability looks good based on how they tightened and how the webbing took tension during actual use capacity that advertised break strength is marketing safety numbers treat it as a rating not a guarantee and stick to proper load limits my method was wrapping straps through the ratchet hooking ends to anchor points then cranking until cargo stopped shifting when I shoved it by hand.
