Hells yeah, this thing makes me feel a whole lot safer walking my dog at night. The only problem is that in Texas, even at night, it is rarely cold enough to actually warrant wearing a hoodie. That said, this thing is extremely bright and reflective, and the inside is surprisingly soft and comfortable. The fit is great, and the construction feels like it is built to hold up to regular use. I especially appreciate getting the visibility of a safety garment without feeling like I am wrapped in some scratchy piece of industrial equipment. If you need high visibility and warmth in one garment, this is a very good option.
