These downspout pins will prevent your downspouts from moving around. I have them installed on 2 of my downspouts and they work great even in heavy rain to keep the aluminum downspout in place. They are easy to install as you press them into the ground around your downspout after removing the rubber end caps. I will probably get a couple more packs of these to use them on all of the downspouts on my house. They are strong and feel like they will last for a while. They do not come in other colors at least associated with this listing, so they may not match your current downspout colors. You could probably paint them to match though, which would let them blend in better. They cost about the same as other downspout pins like this, but I can highly recommend these to you after trying them out at our house.

These u-shaped down Sprout pens are perfect to keep your downspout in place on Wendy and rainy days. This is a perfect value for the money for the set because you do get to to be able to apply outside the home. The material and fit of these provide the sturdiness and durability that you need to make sure that you're outside downspout does not detach from the home. Installation of these were so easy you just take them out of the box and stick them in the ground. They also don't look gaudy or tacky. I have the black color and they were what I needed.

My dumb dog keeps ripping my sisters downspouts out to get to the skinks or chipmunks that go hide in there. Its annoying to have to keep fixing them. I found these and although expensive, figured I would give them a try. They are very heavy duty and when you hammer them in, they seem very strong. My dog is very strong but I think this would deter her from pulling them out. Once I can afford more or if they go on sale, I will be getting more.
