Heavy duty tarp built to last

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
I bought this tarp to cover my camping wood pile in the backyard. I like that it has a black side because it matches my fence. The previous tarp I had tore up pretty quickly, but it wasn't this thick, so I expect this heavy-duty tarp to last. This isn't a flimsy hardware store tarp. I was able to strap it down really well with tie-down straps without fear of the grommets ripping. In terms of storage, it takes a little more space because it's heavier and not as easy to maneuver, but that's a desirable trade-off for its durability.

Great tart, well made thick material. We have both a sixteen mill and a twelve mill, and this one hits right in the middle of those on thickness. They didn't cheat on length or width. When stretched out, it is ten by twelve. The regular gromits are pretty decent. Probably wouldn't hold it down by themselves. But the corner gromits have very good reinforcement together. They should all do okay. It's a good looking tarp, smooth. Compared to some silver on one side black on the otherShould be pretty good at resisting the suns UV rays. We usually get 4to 5 years out of these kind of tarps versus 1to 2 out of the cheaper ones. Due to its thickness, it's got a little bit of weight to. It won't blow around as easy. Either.

high quality and heavy duty

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
I have been through enough cheap tarps to know that the difference between something that actually holds up in real outdoor conditions and something that just looks adequate in a product photo is significant and usually reveals itself at the worst possible moment. I needed something dependable for a camping trip where rain was in the forecast and I didn't want to be dealing with a tarp situation going wrong while also managing everything else that comes with camping in wet conditions. This delivered completely. We had genuine rain and muddy ground throughout most of the trip and the tarp performed without any issues, no seepage, no tearing, no concerning flex at the stress points that usually give way first on lesser quality options. The thickness is immediately apparent when you handle it and gives you that confidence before you even set it up that this is something built to actually withstand conditions rather than just exist in fair weather. It went down under our canopy and created a really solid dry ground cover that kept our entire setup comfortable and functional throughout the whole trip even when things got pretty wet outside the canopy perimeter. The grommets held up to the staking and anchoring without any pulling or distortion which on cheaper tarps is usually the first thing to fail. The UV resistance is something I'll be able to speak to more over time but given how well everything else has performed I have no reason to doubt that claim. It folds back down without any drama and has held its shape and integrity since getting home. A genuinely heavy duty tarp that I will absolutely be bringing on every camping trip going forward without any second thoughts.

Great tarp!

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
We have a camp and a small firepit int he yard. I got this to use as kind of a pop-up tent above the firepit so we could enjoy when the weather isn't cooperative.6 poles with nails driven into the end to stick through the grommets. Two longer poles for the middle to make an A-frame cover. 4 shorter pols at the corners. All poles then have ropes and anchor to spikes in the ground. Kind of old fashioned boy scout stuff! This tarp is thick! 12 Mil is very heavy duty. This turned out to be helpful when a small branch fell from a tree above us. I think it would have pierced anything thinner.I have the reflective side underneath and the black side upward. This helps reflect the firepit heat and attract any sun that might peek through the clouds.Very good value for the price. Highly recommended!

Versatile and Solid Outdoor Cover

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
Finding a heavy-duty cover to protect outdoor equipment and firewood from harsh weather can be a bit of a gamble. This 10x12' tarp offers the exact dimensions needed to cover lawnmowers, outdoor furniture, or construction materials with plenty of overhang. The material feels thick right out of the package, and the reinforced grommets along the edges make tiedowns quick and secure. It features a double sided color scheme, giving you the flexibility to choose which side faces outward depending on your setup. Straight out of the box, it clearly demonstrates good quality, with tight weave stitching and clean heat-sealed seams that keep water from leaking through. While initial impressions are very positive, only time will tell what durability it has after months of exposure to intense sunlight and heavy winter snow. The corners are extra reinforced to prevent tearing during windy days, which is a huge plus for long-term outdoor storage. Overall, it delivers great immediate protection and offers solid value for money for everyday yard work and vehicle coverage.

Real heavy duty but not indestructible.Real heavy duty but not indestructible.

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12', Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
This is a real top of the line tarp. At 12 mil thickness it is strong and tough, practically indestructible. But not quite. It is well constructed with rust proof grommets every 20 inches, reinforced plastic corners and a polyethylene rope on the double hemmed edges allowing it to be tightly stretched. It is black on one side and reflective silver on the other, so you can choose to attract or reflect the sun and heat. I decided to try to use it as a backstop for a backyard golf driving range and it almost turned out to be a great idea. Almost. I stuck a couple of windsurfing masts into the ground and mounted the tarp and stretched it tightly tilting slightly toward me. I whacked several rubber practice balls into the tarp, and it worked great! It would stop the balls cold, and they would drop to the ground for easy retrieval. Then I got a little adventurous (and stupid) and decided to try some real golf balls. It worked great for the first few shots, but I hit a five iron and the ball shot right through the tarp like a bullet. So, if you want a heavy-duty top-quality tarp that is almost indestructible, you can't go wrong with this. Just don't go shooting golf balls at it with a five iron.

Silver side is great for reflecting heat and UV. Lots of reinforcement, very durable.

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
I always keep a stash of tarps in the garage for a variety of purposes. Landscaping, covering things in the yard, makeshift tents and shading, and most importantly, roof coverage in the case of emergency leaks. Previously I defaulted to 8 mil tarps and they used to do the job fine, but the changing climate has made them wear down extra quick when I've left them outside the past few years. This "Weaving YY" tarp is a nice upgrade from my usual. 12 mil thickness makes it handle outdoor abuse a lot better, without feeling too stiff. It's a good step up in durability while maintaining more flexibility so it drapes and folds easier. Hems and edges are reinforced with some kind of extra rope or cord. Corners are capped. Aluminum grommets reinforce holes and resist rust.I like that it's silver on one side and black on the other. The silver side helps reflect some UV, but if I want to use it to warm something up, I can opt to have the black side face outward to really make use of the power of the sun. At around $20 for 10x12 feet, it's larger and a better value than the options at my local hardware store by a long shot. Great tarp, great price.

Great thick tarp that seems like it will hold up for awhile...

[Color: Silver/Black, Size: 10' X 12']
I ended up grabbing this tarp to cover some extra stuff in the backyard, and it basically does exactly what it's supposed to do without any fuss. It seems noticeably heavier than those cheap blue tarps that start to break down and shred after a few months, which is a relief. The dual silver and black sides are a nice touch if you care about how it looks sitting in your yard. The build quality seems decent enough for regular outdoor use. The plastic reinforcement on the corners keeps the edges from fraying when you tie it down tight, and the grommets are spaced every twenty inches so you don't have to get creative with your bungee cords. It holds up fine when pulled tight against a frame or fence. It has already sat through a few heavy downpours and kept everything underneath completely dry. The sun hasn't made the plastic brittle or flaky yet, which usually happens with cheaper options. It is just a straightforward, thick piece of plastic that handles the weather without any surprises. The true test will come in fall when I rake all the leaves onto it and drag it across my yard 20+ times...
