I love the clean, simple look of this fan. It does a good lob clearing moisture and runs very quietly. I actually appreciate that the light is not super bright. I just don't need a high level of intensity from my fan light when I'm doing business, so it is perfect. It has performed flawlessly for over a month now, so I can attest to the quality of the mechanics. Since this was a replacement for an older model, I was a little worried about how challenging the installation would be, but this was very straight-forward, and took less than an hour to complete. For the price, this is a way better value than many I've seen in the big box stores.

I like the idea of combining the exhaust fan and light into one ceiling fixture because it saves space and gives the bathroom a much cleaner finished look. You are getting ventilation and lighting without having separate fixtures competing for attention on the ceiling. The 140 CFM ventilation capacity is a useful feature for helping move moisture and bathroom odors out of the room, while the 1.0 Sones noise rating is designed to keep the fan from being excessively loud. The five color temperature settings are also a nice touch. I installed the 10" exhaust fan with light in my full bath. It installs differently than other fans that I've installed but the installation is fairly easy. Cut the correct size hole in the ceiling, hook up the wires and the vent tube, attach the fan with 4 screws, and attach the cover. You need to have an electrical box in the ceiling for the wire from the fan to go into, some other fans you can run the electrical wire into the fan assembly which makes it slightly easier. Once in place it has a nice slim clean look to it. The fan runs very quiet, you can hear it but very slightly. The light is nice but I feel it could be a little brighter. The color of the light can be changed but the switch in on top of the unit so it must be removed from the ceiling to be able to get to the switch, I wanted to see how the different shades of light looks in my room so it was annoying to need to remove the fan every time I wanted to change the color of the light, I ended up going with the 5000K light. The quality is good, the unit itself feels a little flimsy but once in place it seems fine. I installed it in my full bath and wish I went with the larger unit, The light could be a little brighter and the fan airflow could be a little stronger, I feel it should be brighter even in a small bathroom.Overall a good quiet fan light that could have a brighter light.

I installed this bathroom exhaust fan to replace an older, noisier unit, and it has been a noticeable upgrade. The fan does an excellent job moving air, clearing out steam much faster after showers while operating much more quietly than I expected. The low noise level makes the bathroom much more comfortable without the constant loud hum of a typical exhaust fan.The integrated LED light provides plenty of illumination, and I really like having the option to choose the color temperature to match the rest of the lighting in the room. Installation was straightforward, and the low-profile panel gives the finished ceiling a clean, modern appearance.The fan feels well constructed, and everything has worked reliably since installation. Between the strong airflow, quiet operation, bright adjustable lighting, and energy-efficient design, it offers a great combination of performance and appearance. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you're upgrading a bathroom ventilation fan and want something that is both functional and modern.

The quality of this bathroom light and fan is mediocre. Seems cheaply made and still require you to build a wooden box as housing in order to install it. I would not recommend this item to anyone.
